We highly recommend Kongkear While we usually travel independently, on this SE Asia trip we felt it was wise to have a guide. We’ve booked through Odynovo tours, who handled our transport between destinations and set us up with an independent car and driver in each city. Kongkear was solid as a tour guide. He was prompt and professional, knowledgeable and reliable. He prides himself on capturing great photos for your memory book, and lunch was always set up in advance, so we didn’t have to concern ourselves with that feature of our day. We very much enjoyed our time in the country of Cambodia and we highly recommend Kongkear as a guide.

Amazing experience I went to Angkor Wat complex with Richard and I couldn't have a better experience. He made sure everything went well, brought us to the best sunrise point, and gave us proper information about the temples, the Khmer Civilization and its religious influences. It was a phenomenal tour.

Amazing traditional tours I went to Cambodia for 4 weeks with Camps International, to which Richard was our tour guide for the whole time. He was amazing, always looking to learn more english terms and encouraged us to learn some Khmer. With his encouragement, enthusiam and excitement i would definitely recommend him highly. Personalized service above and beyond My sister and I spent 3 days in Cambodia visiting temples and especially the famous Angkor Wat Temple with Richard as our phenomenal guide. Each day he went above and beyond to share his vast knowledge on Cambodian culture back then and how it correlates to today’s Cambodia. But for my sister and I who are both senior citizens he took extra care. For instance when we wanted to get massages or see a cultural show he made the arrangements for us, secured the tuk tuk driver to take us where we wanted to go and even ensured that the driver waited for us to escort us back to the hotel. He even met us at these locations well after his official tour was done at the end of the day. We just appreciated him so much. He and his driver made all the difference to our standard tour. Thank you Richard!

Great tour guide for Siem Reap Richard was an excellent tour guide for my wife and I on our recent trip to Siem Reap. He was extremely knowledgable about the history of the sites that we visited and was very flexible and helpful in suggesting good times to visit the various areas. He seemed to be quite passionate about Cambodia and its' history. His command of English is very good and he has a great sense of humor.He also was able to suggest some good restaurants and entertainment for our evenings, particularly a dinner with a show that involved some dancing and music that my wife enjoyed.All in all, I highly recommend Richard as a tour guide for the Siem Reap area.

A 4 week trip! I spent 4 weeks in Cambodia with a group of young people from my school in July 2022. Kear is a genuine, kind and knowledgeable man who became a friend as well as our guide. Top guide! TOP GUY! Richard was a fantastic guide. Nothing was too much trouble, especially when we asked him to take us to places off the tourist trail. We got to see local colour, culture & experience the history of a fascinating country with him. We even tried roadside BBQ frog on a stick! He knew how to make us laugh, took us to historic sites like Ankor Wat when no other soul was around, and knew the best places to shoot atmospheric photos. Couldn't suggest a better guide - would definitely use his services again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

One of the best guides out there! Richard was a wonderful tour guide throughout our time in Cambodia. He looked after my friend and I so well. He is knowledgeable, professional, informative and caring about his guests adventures. He even arranged his neighbour to take us safely to a restaurant one night. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard to anyone visiting Siem Reap or Angkor Wat. We are still friends now and we went November 2019. The drop-down box would allow a date earlier than 2023.When I return one day to Cambodia Richard will be our first port of call 🙌

The best local tour guide! We went on a family trip to Cambodia and were lucky enough to have been referred to Richard as a tour guide. He is a local and taught us so much about the local culture, history, and customs. We appreciated how he showed us the beauty in both well known sites like Angkor Wat and smaller local sites like eating authentic Cambodian food. It was so convenient having him drive us to each destination and pointing out fun things as we went along. His English was excellent, he was knowledgeable and funny, and he catered to both young and older members of our group! Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a good local guide!
