Innocent Ochiobi has serviced our pool from the start, and knows how particular we are. We have an huge oak tree that hangs over our pool and present some challenges. Run from this place. There is horrible communication. The project manager will tell you things are being scheduled and when you ask won’t know what you’re talking about. The concrete they poured started cracking before they finished. My new house and driveway were damaged, concrete was dumped into a 500 dollar planter in my yard… the list goes on. It took over 7 months to complete and what we got was a rip off. We will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

We recall reaching out to your husband when some of these concerns were brought to our attention during the project. Our General Manager offered to send our Quality Assurance Manager to come out to assess and coordinate necessary corrections, but that offer was declined. In further conversation, we asked what issues were still outstanding as our request for remedy was ignored and our GM was told "we are done." So, we did not get the opportunity to properly resolve the concerns brought to our attention as stated by you on social media as well over the past 3 months.

I had some warranty repairs done on our Hot tub. Angel showed up and was professional and got the repairs completed. We are so happy that we can use it again.

We had a great experience with Justin. I had an issue with the saltwater system and heater, and he was able to open up all the equipment, diagnose the salt system problem correctly, and fix the heater. Since we’re new to pool maintenance, Justin took the time to answer all of our questions about regular equipment care. We’re now just waiting on the quote to fix the salt system. I highly recommend him!
