I used Zocdoc to find a dentist and got a confirmed appointment, however I didn’t get to see the dentist because when I showed up to my appointment I was told that I was not on the schedule!
The visit was overly frustrating, no efforts were made to accommodate me for another appointment, I just got a careless attitude..what a waste of time.

I always love coming to see Dr. Lide and his wonderful staff. Unfortunately, I'm dealing with the long-term effects of growing up in poverty and not having access to dental care. Despite that, Dr. Lide and his team are phenomenal, kind, compassionate, and never judgmental. I always feel genuinely cared for and well taken care of every time I visit.

This dentist has everything.... great skills and experience, compassionate and patient. He's a very warm and caring man who actually listens and explains procedures. His staff reflects his friendly welcoming personality.
Dr. Lide's rates are reasonable and I appreciate that his office handles my confusing insurance claims. My husband and I are pleased that we found this excellent dentist.

The whole staff is great! Dr. Lide explains everything clearly and does great work. The best dental experience ever and I had an emergency wisdom tooth removed.

So quick to see me and so patient and kind. By far the best cleaning I have ever had and the best service. They explained every X-ray and Dr. Lide did an amazing job fixing a crown that a different dentist had botched. Highly recommend Dr. Lide and his staff!

I am very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Lide. I had a tooth filling done over a month ago, and the tooth is still sensitive. I was hoping the sensitivity would subside, but it hasn’t, and it’s frustrating to still be dealing with discomfort after this long.
To be fair, the staff and Dr. Lide were friendly and professional, which I appreciate. However, at the end of the day, the treatment and results are what matter most, and I am not satisfied with the outcome. I expected the issue to be resolved, but instead, I’m left wondering if the procedure was done correctly. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this experience based on the results.
