Fantastic service!!! I wanted a downstairs toilet building and installing and Andy completed the work in no time. I couldn't believe what he and his team could get done in a day... I have already asked 'Rice Property Services' to fit my new windows and french doors in a couple of months. Andy and his team are professional, courteous, clean, tidy and most importantly INCREDIBLE VALUE FOR MONEY!!! Highly recommended. I had all doors, windows and cladding replaced in January 2026 and I am thrilled with the result. Everyone at the company has been professional and friendly from start to finish. Communication has been great and the fitters arrived exactly when they said they would. They took care of my house when working indoors and left everywhere tidy. I would recommend this firm.

We had some new doors and windows and the quality has been excellent. The communication throughout has been fantastic and the fitters also did an amazing job and left everything clean and tidy. We also had some new guttering, facias, soffits to the front and a new rubber roof on the bay window which has made such a difference. We would definitely recommend!

Well well welll where do i start about this fantastic company .
So to start off after being let down from another compant (mfplastics) I contacted rice windows and door from that moment every thing was smooth and easy from the first phone call to the surveyors to the fitting.
I would like to say a massive thank you to John ethan and Ricky aka milky who did an amazing job of fitting all the windows and back sliding door and the porch ethan and Ricky was the most polite hard working lads ive met and was so respectful in my property and went the extra mile even with the cleaning up everyday when they had finished here they deserve a raise for the way they represented the company.
Also I loved how honest and transparent this company was I will be recommending and using this company again in the future. 😀

We had our soffits & fascia’s replaced. John & Baz our fitters were fabulous so professional, kind and efficient . They completed the job brilliantly, worked really hard despite the dreadful weather. Must say the team did an amazing job, overcoming some of the obstacles along the way, (wonky walls)

From the very beginning, the service we received was outstanding! Andy and his team were exceptional. Upon first contacting Andy, he responded promptly and quickly arranged an initial meeting at our house to discuss our needs. After explaining our requirements, Andy conducted a thorough review of our house, measuring all relevant aspects to ensure accuracy.
We received a quotation swiftly, allowing us ample time to digest the information and make an informed decision. Andy was never pushy and willingly made numerous adjustments to our initial quotation without hesitation. Once we decided to move forward, Andy conducted a full survey, providing us with the assurance that everything was accounted for. We were given a comprehensive quotation, a detailed breakdown of the work involved, and a contract to sign.
Throughout the following weeks, Andy kept in regular contact to update us on progress. When it was time for scaffolding to be erected, an external company was involved, but Andy ensured we were informed about when the team would arrive and what to expect.
On the day the work commenced, Andy's team of fitters arrived punctually, introduced themselves, and explained the work process. Throughout the week, the fitters were always polite and courteous to my family and me. They kept the work area tidy after completing each task, and when they needed to come inside to fit the windows, they laid down dust sheets and vacuumed upon finishing.
I highly recommend Rice Windows Doors & Fascias. They provided exceptional service and transformed my house beautifully at a reasonable price!
