Michael does a great job. Abed and teams are wonderful. I had used Rhinoshield in 2006 or so. I did not think that paint job they did would last 15 years or so. When time came to get a paint job, I called them again. Technology has gotten better. Warranty is better. In 2006 we had a bigger crew. Now it took crew of three people. I am glad Rhinoshield provides Woodsiding work before we start painting for a price. Michael and his team were able to find the pine wood siding even though it was custom made. It was a pleasant working experience. Luckily it did not rain during those days when crew was on site for painting. Overall cost for painting job will shock you if you compare to regular even high quality pints. In my opinion it is worth the extra price. People in the office arrange the job. Billing folks and operation folks are eager to help you and friendly. I sm one of the repeat satisfied customer.

Had Rhinoshield done almost a year ago and it still looks like it was done yesterday. Crew was excellent, on time, took great care of our landscape and did meticulous work on our whole house. highly recommend their service!

Excellent company. My contact person and the office help, everyone was wonderful and lovely to work with. I love the color on my house. I love the fact that I do not have to paint every 5 years like I have been doing. The price was well worth it. And best of all, they repaired the rotted wood before painting. The workers represented well.

oh where to even start?? They started pressure washing spraying water into my down stairs door. Then they asked me to move my truck I did and they said it was safe there. My brand new black truck was covered in primer paint splatter they also painted a sliding glass door and they didn’t say a word just left it! After calling I was told they would come back out, they came back out but still left paint everywhere. Told Roxanne the next day the truck still had paint on it she told me to go to the dollar store and buy some “awesome spray” to remove the rest myself! The colors I chose were far from what I chose they looked green and blue I immediately contacted Roxanne she stated it was probably just the grass and trees pulling a different hue that I would have to pay an addition $1000 to correct this…they had been paid $20,000 dollars and knew the colors were not the same, agreed to paint repaint only if I left them a five star review. They also removed some existing deck boards (most of the deck was gone but just the supporting last boards they took upon themselves to remove (I didn’t think I needed to tell the contractors that a board underneath a door would drop the entire door if removed. I immediately felt the hot air come in. I informed the contractor right away he reassured me they would make it right. Instead of jacking the door back up and putting the door back in place they screwed it in the position they caused it to drop in. The power bill has doubled which I provided proof of. Fast forward my deck guy came out and instantly saw what they did. I contacted Roxanne with pictures documenting the damage. They said they would just pay the deck guy to fix it he refused to work on their mistake as he believed it could shatter the entire door. I was told the contractor would arrive Monday morning but they needed my deck guy too. My deck guy arrived on Monday they did not show up. I received a text asking whether I preferred Wednesday or Thursday that week as if we didn’t already agree in text on that Monday morning. I politely responded with today as agreed please and was told it would be over two hours and the deck guy must be there. They finally came out, now the contractor faced with the proof denies ever removing anything now(we have photo proof date and time stamped) the manager and guy argued with my deck contractor and tried to blame him for their mistake I informed them again I was home when it happened and the deck guy hadn’t even started! They said they would contact with in the next few hours to let me know what they will do about it. I also pointed out rotten boards that had been painted over but no resolution for that either. I then get a text from Roxanne stating they will not be taking responsibility for fixing the damages they did she stated “how about we call it even for the color change”. ALSO THEIR MISTAKE!!! They refuse to take accountability and will most definitely jack up your belongings as they did mine. Did I mention they took it upon themselves to use my own dumpster that I rented and overfilled it with their job site garbage!I couldn’t finish using it for what I needed it for was also charged an overage! The rotten wood on my home they promised to replace was instead painted over! This company is a joke I do not recommend ANYONE spending a penny with them as they do not keep their word, do the job promised, nor back their work! I was promised a warranty in the mail right after the job was completed I have NEVER received this to this day! I was pretty upset knowing over abundance of evidence of everything they refused to fix Roxanne was extremely rude unprofessional I informed her that I would have to see them in small claims but would rather them just right their wrongs she laughed stating we will “see you at a BBB arbitration that’s the process you have to use as you signed our contract” I gave her my opinion of her at that point. No response on the rotten boards now either!!! Update:2mo later going back and forth now through the BBB. They still refuse to fix their
mistakes.

Everyone was very professional. It was very affordable. The workers were great and finished within a few days. I have enjoyed this coating and have had no problems at all.

It has been 18 months since Rhino Shield coated our house and it looks like the were here last week. They were excellent in their work, wonderful people to work with and I would recommend them to anyone needing their house painted.

I have been a Rhino Shield customer since 2010 when they painted my whole house and it still looks great. I needed new siding and trim painted after a deck replacement project and Rhino Shield did a great job for me, prompt, courteous, professional, and did a great job. We are thrilled with how it turned out, no surprise. And the beauty of it is, it is maintenance free and I won’t have to worry about painting it going forward!!
