My experience with Rhino Back Roofing has been extremely unprofessional and financially damaging. I completed the work as agreed—on time, to their specifications, and with clear communication—but they refused to pay the full amount owed. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability and transparency throughout the process. If a company cannot honor a written agreement with someone who provides the labor, it raises serious questions about how they operate behind the scenes. I strongly advise anyone considering working with them—contractors or customers—to be cautious and protect themselves with clear contracts and payment terms. No professional should have to fight to receive the payment they earned.

Mark and the Alpha Crew Install Team was on time, professional, answered all questions and quickly installed our new roof on house and garage. Protected belongings and cleaned up around house for debris and nails! This install crew improved the look of our home and garage after taking care of issues that existed!

The young man Ryan who oversees the workers was great! He was very informative about each step . The workers were excellent they finished the work in one day with extremely cold temperatures. The workers were very detailed near the chimney and the pipe vent . I give them a 5 star.

We closed on a house on November 14th, and we have a new roof less than a month later. They were able to assess our roof, pull the permits, remove our old roof and put the new one on so quickly, we’re not even fully moved in yet. Not to mention the fact that every single member of the staff was an absolute joy. The assessor was honest, fair and knowledgeable, telling us about all the things we didn’t have to fix. The office staff was kind, patient, and diligent. The crew that did the roof was on time, worked extremely efficiently, and answered a ton of questions. I would not use another roofing company for any of my future needs.

Seamless process from start to finish Kyle and Sarah were so helpful and responsive! Glenn was great in helping us get the process started. Ray and the crew did our roof today. They were on time, courteous and efficient! I am so thankful for this team that worked together to get a major project done. They cleaned up, put all of our furniture back and did a beautiful job. I am happy that one day a representative from Rhino-Back Roofing came knocking on my door, because he noticed wind damage on my house. From there I hired them for replacement and I am very happy with my decision to use this family operated company! Tory, Rachel, Jake, Mark, Rose, Courtney are very accommodating and keep me apprised of their next steps to a fix. Kudos to the cleanup crew Rhino-Back is thorough with their ways of operation and they even have someone come in with a metal detector for lost nails that could be a tire problem! Rhino was great to work with. While getting quotes for a new roof, they were the only ones that pointed out storm damage. The damage was confirmed by my insurance company. After the insurance company pushed back on following state law I needed to file a case with the state who made sure they complied. The entire time Rhino stood by me, calling and help me with the process. When it came to the install, the crew completed our roof in one day! I would recommend Rhino to anyone looking for a roof replacement.

I did not get service done here, but 5 stars for the man that was driving the bright green neon 46 car today. He stopped a horrible road rager dead in his tracks for about 40 minutes straight and not only stuck to the speed limit the entire time (badass), but forced the rager to slow down because of it. Was driving from MA to Hartford for an emergency hospital situation and getting to witness that was incredible and awesome - please let him know he rocks and is very cool.

Rhinoback roofing made the process simple. They did all of the leg work with the insurance company for my claim. Communication was clear and consistent. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend them especially if dealing with an insurance claim.

We have been in need of a new roof for quite some time now, but was just one of those things that kept getting pushed back for one reason or another. Thanks to Mitch with Rhino Back, we finally got our new roof yesterday (10/23/2025), and we couldn’t be happier! The job was done in one day, which was a huge benefit for us since we have a lot of animals. I was home the entire day and have to say the entire crew was phenomenal and I was really impressed! They definitely put the extra effort in to work as quietly as possible, I was expecting a lot more noise. Having parrots that are easily spooked by loud noises, that was extremely appreciated. I was able to have all of the birds out of their cages like a normal day. And then their overall organization and work efficiency was a 12/10 hands down. As soon as the tarps went up, they started stripping the old shingles, and those were brought to the dumpster faster than they could pile up. Then the tarps were taken down and they got right to working on the new roof. Somehow, during all of that, they managed to keep up on raking, leaf blowing, keeping their tools and materials organized in one area, which meant I could safely take my dogs outside still. Mitch went over every thing before they started, gave me a mid day update, and then came back again the next day (today) to do a final walk through and go over everything with me and my husband. He was extremely professional and easy to work with! And they will be back again next week to run through the property with the magnets one more time, they really prioritize keeping the home owners property as clean and safe (e.g., nails), so there is no worry over your car tires, letting your pets or kids outside etc. It was refreshing to work with a company (and people) that are client/person oriented. We didn’t feel like we were “just a job” or a number. I can’t say enough good things about the company and employees, and the quality of work! We are so happy with the color, and how it came out. Thank you guys so much! (None of y’all judge the window situation we’re getting to that 🙈 😂)
