A leak in our ceiling caused rainwater to get in and an upholstered chair was one of the things damaged. The entire upholstery was soaked and we thought we would have to get rid of it. It was part of a set so we were a little disappointed. We booked these guys to come and clean it- they were prompt in scheduling an appointment, the guy who came out was so nice, and most importantly they did a great job! They did the cleaning outside so there was no mess, and the upholstery is a velvet material but there isn't any discoloration or stain lines- it looks good as new! Minimum price is $150- our job only cost $60 for the one chair so we could have added other items, but since we needed to submit the receipt for the insurance claim we didn't. Payment process was smooth and they sent a formal invoice (which is what we needed).

Rhino is fantastic. We use them regularly for our sofa and will begin to use them for our rugs as well. Vlad is great and gets the job done very quickly and efficiently and has a lot of knowledge on care and maintenance.

The easiest service I've booked maybe ever? I got a text from them immediately after submitting a request for a quote, and from there, scheduling was a piece of cake. When they came, they were super efficient. Already planning to use Rhino again in the future. And love to support a company with Ukrainian roots!
Update: They sadly ended up ruining one of our upholstery items they cleaned. They came back to clean it again, but it only made it worse. When I reached out to them about it, they offered me a discount on my next service with them. I requested a refund instead. I'm bummed it didn't work out and now I'm left with ruined upholstery I don't know what to do with. I'll use them again for carpet cleaning, but not upholstery.

These guys are great! I didn't realize you could have someone come to your house to clean a giant leather couch, but now that I know, I'll do it more often! The couch looks SO much better--and it smells really good, too!
