We take all feedback seriously, but we must clarify that the information in your review is factually incorrect and directed at the wrong organization.

Attorney Guillermo M. Hernandez III serves in a purely voluntary, unpaid, and ceremonial role as President of Justicia Para Todos los Inmigrantes (JFAI). His volunteer position there is completely separate and independent from the law firm Rivera Hernández Campos, PLLC.
He does not manage, supervise, or participate in JFAI’s operations, case handling, document processing, payments, or communications.

Because of this, any experience you had with JFAI—positive or negative—has no connection whatsoever to our law firm.

You state that documentation and a USCIS filing fee money order were sent to JFAI, not to our firm. You also state that JFAI “retained” your documents and that USCIS rejected your filing because of issues with what they submitted. Again, those allegations pertain to JFAI’s internal operations, not Rivera Hernández Campos.

When you contacted our office, our team correctly directed you to reach back out to JFAI, because we cannot intervene in or assume responsibility for another organization’s files, communications, or decisions.

To be absolutely clear:

Rivera Hernández Campos never received your documents.

Rivera Hernández Campos never handled your USCIS filing.

Rivera Hernández Campos never accepted a fee from you.

Rivera Hernández Campos has no authority over JFAI’s staff, volunteers, procedures, or case management.

For that reason, your review misattributes actions of a completely separate nonprofit organization to our private law firm. We respectfully request that you direct your concerns to JFAI, the organization that actually received your materials. We remain committed to professionalism, transparency, and ethical legal service

Our phone system logs show no unanswered calls or messages from anyone under your name during the timeframe you mention, and we have no record of you requesting information from our office.
