I recently faced a bit of trouble when glue ended up on the hood of my car. A well-intentioned person tried to help by cleaning it, but unfortunately, they ended up damaging the clear coat on my 2025 Hyundai Palisade. Feeling frustrated and unsure of what to do next, I was recommended to RG3 Collision Repair.
At first, I was a little hesitant to take my car there because it was a bit far from my home. However, I decided to give them a shot, and I’m really happy that I did. From the moment I walked in, the staff at RG3 was professional and attentive. They took a good look at the damage and assured me they could fix it.
To my surprise, they finished the repairs pretty quickly! When I returned to pick up my car, I couldn't believe how great the hood looked—it was as if it had never been damaged. As an added bonus, they noticed that my windshield wipers needed replacing and did it for free, which I really appreciated.
What stood out to me the most was their attention to detail. They even cleaned the interior of my car, which is no small task with my three kids making a mess inside. When I saw it, the inside looked spotless!

Patrick and his team were very good keeping in contact with us about our vechile.They did an outstanding job on our vechile!Highly recommend them for your business! They even washed our truck,excellent business.
This shop has helped put band aids on my engine that was going to fail eventually, at my request. They recommended a rebuild but understood my financial situation and even offered payment plans. I ended up saving the money to get it done and they did great work despite set backs from their vendors. My 2005 Ford has made a trip from SAT to VA to FL and back. Only complaint was the estimate increased by nearly $600 after multiple confirmations and asking to be updated if anything changed. I was quoted a range of $4,500 to $6,500 and paid $7,067. I received no warning it increased from $4,500 or that it increased over the max quote. At the end of the day, I’m happy with the work and proud to have gotten it completed by a local/veteran owned shop.
