After a nice storm, our roof was in need of immediate repair. John Adams from Repair First Roofing came to our rescue. He patiently explained what the process was and how RFR would work with our insurance. In no time, RFR repaired our entire roof and handled all the dialog with our insurance company. Even after the first rain, after the repair was completed, John followed up to see if we had any leaks, etc. John is a true professional and is a great asset to Repair First Roofing. I would definitely recommend Repair First Roofing for all roofing repairs.

I had a wind event that blew off quite a few shingles and broke 2 windows.I called up the company that did the new roof 4 1/2 years ago to see what was going on.they went up and gave me a $5900 dollar estimate to replace those shingles only.Luckily John Adams,from Repair first roofing,just happened to be in the neighborhood and he came up and asked me if he could look at the damage and give me an opinion.Well the shingles that were used are no longer legal in Arizona and he said he would work on the insurance company to understand that replacing good shingles over bad ones would not be able to do the job.Long story short by his diligence and hard work he had the insurance company agree to a new roof and all it cost me was my deductible,plus they replaced the damaged windows also .Thank you John and repair first roofing for going the extra mile for me.My future business will be with you guys!

Repair First Roofing did a full replacement on my house this year. From the start of the process including scheduling an inspection, replacement and follow, up the experience was great. The entire staff from Luke, Erin and Darryl were very professional. I ask a lot of questions and Luke and Darryl were very patient explaining everything in detail. I had a follow up visit today from Augustine to finalize a few details and he was awesome. Very patient in answering my questions and explaining what he was going to do. He was very friendly, professional and courteous. Augustine did a great job. I would definitely recommend Repair First Roofing. Their response and customer service is exceptional.

After a wind event flung a fiberglass panel onto two windows and blew off roof shingles,my insurance company said that the damage was 1600 dollars.I asked for a quote from Lowe's who 4 1/2 years ago replaced my roof,so they sent a contractor who gave me a quote for 5900 dollars .Lucky for me before I had them fix the roof,John Adams from Repair first roofing,stopped by and asked if he could check out the roof.He went up and looked at the roofing and said that the shingles that were on the roof were not available in Arizona anymore and he said that he thought he could have them pay for a new roof.Well he did his majic and they agreed to do the roof.Thanks John I trusted you and you came through,great job!

Back in late June I had gotten an inspection pursuant to buying a house. The only major repair that the home needed was a roof replacement due to some sagging/aging 4x8 plywood sheets (beneath the shingles) as well as shingles themselves that had endured hail damage. The homeowner also got an inspection and confirmed the diagnosis. They ultimately agreed to cover the cost of replacing the shingled roof and retained Repair First Roofing to do the job. Repair First was able to schedule the task just a couple of days later and their 3-man crew had it completed in 2 more days (this was crucial at the time since monsoon season was about to start)! From what I was able to briefly observe over those two days, the crew worked diligently and they were mindful of the neighboring properties regarding all of the old roof debris. Upon completion, Repair First provided nice aerial photographs. I had learned through this process that R.F. had a transferable warranty for a $300 fee. I contacted the front office and asked whether they might waive that transfer fee since the home, with its new roof, was about to be bought by me in a matter of days. Without hesitation, they agreed it would be absurd to charge a transfer fee in this circumstance. Following closing, Repair First forwarded the transferred warranty. Five-star props to John (the owner) and to Erin (the front office) for being consistently good communicators during the roof replacement process and gracious regarding the warranty transfer!

The attention to detail in the description of their planned work (full roof/shingle replacement on a hundred year-old house); the quality of their work, including cleanup; and best of all, their consistently prompt and complete communication (why is that so hard these days?) were each 5-stars.

Wow I am happy to refer this company. I called to have my brothers roof repaired. My call was returned immediately and I spoke with Colin Sullivan, he was out at my brother's house within 45 minutes accessed the damage and had it repaired in a few hours, right before the rain. I am so glad I chose Repair First Roofing. My house is just over two years old, but I was told that a couple of tiles were broken during an inspection by a solar company. I ended up not getting solar, but I needed to get the roof repaired before the monsoon season started. John from Repair First came out right away for a free inspection and did a quick patch of the critical items the next day. All the repairs were accomplished a week or so later, and the prices were reasonable. We just had a very heavy rain, and everything seems to be great. I will definitely call them for an annual inspection.

I am an out-of-state owner and needed a new re-roof after the wind from the past 6 months. After reviewing a few companies I chose Colin and his team to do the work. They got me on the schedule within a week and performed the entire job flawlessly. Sent pictures through our the project, including drone shots. Their clean up was also excellent and much appreciated especially since I couldn't be there to inspect. We now have the finest roof in the neighborhood.
