The cover of the light has been broken when I received, the Rezo customer service is super responsive! They sent the replaced part within a week and they do inform one day before they arrived. Besides, their customer service also very responsive when I asked them the suitable size and model for my house, highly recommended, hope the quality of fan is durable.
