The team at the Boulder location is incredible! Kevin and Terrell have been outstanding, from perfectly aligning my moderately lifted Jeep twice to educating me and installing some excellent Metal Cloak suspension parts that noticeably improved the ride. They even went the extra mile to resolve issues with parts from another vendor, handling the refund process with the original supplier thanks to their strong relationships. When it comes to expertise and customer service, these professionals are my go-to for any work beyond my skill level.

These guys did a great job with the alignment on my lifted 4runner. doing it exactly how I hoped for. The specialists here are passionate about their work and really know what they're doing and how to work on your specific vehicle. I recommend this place to anybody needing work on their lifted 4x4 where most shops can't do it quite right.
It was an absolutely phenomenal experience. Communication was great from start all the way to finish. Clear direction and expectations, no hidden prices. And most importantly, the work was flawless! I am already planning to bring my truck back for more upgrades. Would highly recommend!
I’ve been bringing my lifted Jeep to REV Outfitters in Boulder for the past four years, and they consistently deliver top-notch work. Izsak and the entire team are fantastic to work with. They are exceptionally knowledgeable, especially Izsak, who always takes the time to thoroughly answer any questions I have and they are completely upfront about costs every step of the way.
I also love how easy it is to contact them directly, unlike a dealership where you have to jump through hoops and go through a ton of different people just to talk to a specialist.
I just had some repairs done on my lifted Jeep, and thanks to their hard work, it's driving better than ever. If you're looking for a trustworthy local shop that knows what they're doing, especially when it comes to custom or lifted setups, I can't recommend them enough!
Good experience overall. The employees were all extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly to work with, and I feel like the mechanics did a good job on my truck. So far, am happy with the results. The only reason this wasn't a 5-star review is because as I was getting my truck back, I was advised that the TPMS sensors had not been moved over to my new tires, and that I would need to take my truck to a shop to have it done. This, after I accommodated pushing my original appointment back 5 days as they were busy and said they likely couldn't get it done in one day. Then on the morning of the new appointment, while I was enroute to the appointment, I got a call from the service advisor asking if they could push it back again as their parking lot was being resurfaced. I was operating on about 4 hours of sleep due to my insane travel schedule, and the service advisor was very nice and said, "no problem, you can bring it in," and I did. They did the work, got most of it done, pending the alignment....he called later in the day and advised the truck wouldn't get done same day and that it would be ready in the morning. I was fine with that, as my next work trip was one day after that, and my Mother who was helping me with transportation was available as well. I called Discount tire and learned that it would be over $200 to get the sensors installed and all of the tires unmounted and mounted. When I advised REV Outfitters of this, they said that they would have had to charge me labor as well- Great. Expected....I was a phone call or text away and would have had you do it....after all, you ALREADY had to handle each tire. It was more time out of my day, and after trying to be accommodating, I guess I just think about what I would have done...
I have to say, my upgrades were a bit different, but these guys did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and did everything they could to make it affordable! Izack especially did a great job and has the best attitude. I’d give them more stars if I could!!0
Good work done quickly at REV Outfitters. The two rear seatbelts on the Jeep Wrangler JLU were torn up by the dog. Jeep was asking a fortune to have the work done. R-O was reasonable. Added the rope guard and recycled fire hose (without the rubber liner) to dissuade my German Shorthair Pointer from future indiscretions. Glad for the experience with REV-O. Easy to do business with and quick communication.
