Excellent communication, knowledge and professionalism from Ben and his team. I had loads of questions before I chose which installer to go with for my heat pump and Ben was far and away the best at answering them all in great detail. He was always available to answer questions and tweak the install based on my specific demands. The install went very smoothly apart from one mistake that he quickly owned up to and had rectified with no problems. While it’s too early and the wrong season (Spring) to tell how well the system will perform, it looks very neat and tidy and I have no doubt that we will be perfectly comfortable when the weather cools down. I would highly recommend Ben and his team at Revolution Heating for your heat pump install and if that means paying slightly more upfront than a few of the larger outfits, it’s definitely worth it, as you’ll more than make up the cost difference a great system will provide in the future.

Ben and his team at Revolution have done a great job for us replacing our old gas boiler and hot water cylinder with a Heat Pump and pressurised hot water system. We had Ben and his team from Revolution install an air source heat pump in our 1950s end terrace with Heat Geek Zero Disrupt. We found Ben very helpful while looking at our options - the heat loss survey was very thorough and he was able to offer us lots of flexibility that clearly drew on his extensive knowledge, including letting us squeeze a 180L cylinder into an airing cupboard! The heat pump itself works really well, quietly doing it's thing and we're confident that we can go to Ben with any questions or problems we might have. The quality of work on the installation is excellent - they were so meticulous that you can't even see where they had to pull up the carpet in half a room, and Ben & Anthony & electrician were all friendly and professional. We feel they've set the standard for having work done on our house and would highly recommend them.

It was a technically demanding install with specific requirements, and they handled every aspect of it with real professionalism. Pristine workmanship, great attention to detail, punctual, organised, and communicative throughout. The whole team worked hard and left no mess whatsoever. Since the system went live, the results have been remarkable. The house has never been warmer, the temperature is even throughout every room, and we have more hot water than we ever had on gas. It's running super efficiently too. Highly recommend Ben if you're considering a heat pump install. You're in safe hands.

Ben stepped in to help with our large project at very short notice and did a fantastic job. Late into a major renovation it became clear our contractor did not well understand how Heatpumps should be correctly installed. I contacted Ben and he very quickly came up to speed on the wider work, came up with a new specification, quoted a fair price and completed the work quickly. Through out he was enthusiastic about the challenge of the property, flexible fitting in the work, and finished everything to a high quality. The final system is large - 12KW Aerotherm+ in a large converted barn, with under floor heating through ground and first floor and rads in the attic room. Since installation (over a year now) the system has performed exceptionally, with a constant cozy temperature inside and a measured efficiency for the full year of 475%

We were put in touch with Ben at Revolution Heating through the Heat Geeks for a Zero Disrupt Heat pump installation. From quotation to completion everything was communicated clearly, the work was carried out professionally with the work areas left tidy at the end of each day and post install Ben has responded promptly to all questions (even out of hours!). I used to hear our boiler fire up at all hours, but we have not heard the heat pump operating and the house is a comfortable 21 degrees. Very happy with the result and have no hesitation recommending Ben and Revolution Heating.

Ben installed a 7 kW aroTHERM plus heat pump in an early 1960s Bungalow. His enthusiasm, professionalism and love for his work were obvious. The system is working well, providing an even temperature throughout the house. Even without a special heat pump tariff, it is cheaper than the previous gas system. As an added benefit, the relative humidity in the house is much lower. Excellent job!
