This was my first visit at Truhearing ( my insurance changed and Truhearing was my new company).
Zac was very helpful and explained so much about hearing loss and how a hearing aid works. I have been wearing a hearing aid for 6 years and I never knew all the details.
Zac is extremely knowledgeable and I am so thankful that my experience with him was so wonderful .I’m looking forward to getting my new hearing aid soon and experiencing new technology! Zac is an asset to your company and I will recommend Truhearing to anyone looking to replacing or just needing to get a new one !

My visit was for repair work on my hearing aids, still under warranty. The representative was professional, knowledgeable and took great care of all of my requests.

Walking into their office changed my life! I didn’t realize just how much I was missing. I have suffered with hearing loss for forty years if not longer. I’ve had concussions. I used a jack hammer without ear protection for years. I listened to extremely loud music. I also have Tinnitus which at times can be nerve wracking. I can now communicate with people where before I would struggle to carry on a conversation with them.
Just go to hear.com. Do yourself this favor. I don’t have the words to explain my gratitude to them.

The appointment was great from the beginning to the end. The front desk was helpful, made me feel comfortable, and the doctor was very good with the test, taking the time to explain while I asked questions.
