With all due respect, I do not show a record of seeing you for an eye exam. This is my personal review page, so I would love it if you could remove your review. Also, for those who are reading this, there is a large covered parking garage behind the mall, and connected to the mall via level 2. Even in the busiest of holiday shopping days I can assure you will find a spot. It is a 5 min walk from that garage to the entrance of our store. Sincerely, Kim Hall

Dr. Hall is incredible- she just has a special way about her. I’ve always hated eye exams ever since I was diagnosed as color blind as a child, but she just made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I would even go as far as saying I had fun! Thanks again, Dr. Hall :))

Courteous and friendly service with prompt attention. The eye exam was straightforward and routine—just as it should be! I also enjoyed the brief chat about our appreciation for cats. Thank you for keeping the visit focused on eye care rather than a sales pitch for glasses, as some optometrists tend to do.

Her demeanor is friendly and she seems genuinely interested in our conversations during the visit. I am a repeat patient and will return to see her again for my next check up.
