Good customer service but that's as much as I can give after multiple visits for the same repair. Disappointed in the outcome of my service, with certain faulty aspects of my repair left unaddressed even under warranty
1.replacement screen was glitchy from the get go
2. 7 days later, replacement screen goes completely, phone was on but no screen light, response at all. Screen was removed and reattached. I was told it shorted out!? How that's acceptable beats me.
3. After a couple days, screen started to die in a small area, screen has remained glitchy with dead/flashing pixels.
4.took in to store highlighting new dead bits on screen as well as the continuous issues if screen being glitchy. Not repairable under warranty!?!?!?
The screen was clearly damaged upon its removal and reconnect.
Replacement screen never seemed of good quality, not okay from the get go, lackluster colour, random responsiveness or lack of and lower resolution (I highlighted these issues after each visit and over the phone they were never highlighted or addressed and continue especially the random screen responsiveness)
It's been a hassle and now I'm left out of pocket with a "repaired" phone with new and continued faults that came from the repair.
Another company to completely fail under warranty but was the repair acceptable from the get go anyway? No.
Unfortunately there's a couple of other low star reviews that somewhat share my experience and I wish I had listened more to these.
Giving benefit of the doubt failed in this instance.

Extremely helpful and professional guys here. I broke what I thought was the camera lens on my Google Pixel 7 pro. I had been in touch with several (local to me) repair shops who simply wouldn't even look at the phone. We only deal with Apple or Samsung the default answer.
I contacted revivelab and they asked for some photos which I promptly provided. Within a few hours they had responded to suggest that they didn't think the camera lens was cracked. They suggested it was likely the tempered glass protector and asked if I could try "peeling" it way. Low and behold that's exactly what it was. I had totally forgotten I had applied one last year. The tempered glass protector did it's job and so did the ReviveLab technicians. Very very helpful and I absolutely recommend them.

After smashing the screen on my Samsung AO4s, I took my phone to Revive Lab Buchanan Galleries in a panic. My mind was soon put at ease by the professionalism of staff. My phone screen was replaced with additional screen protector in under 2 hours and works perfectly. Got 3 month warranty on new screen. From start to finish the service was excellent and I can't thank the guys enough. I did not lose any data from phone and it now looks and works good as new. Had a phone to check my battery and without testing they replaced the battery and charged 58 pounds. Actually my settings was an issue and battery change was not needed. After replacing the battery within 4 weeks my phone wouldn't connect to wifi, mobile networks. They destroyed my working phone and had to replace it with a new phone.
We can see from our system that the repair was carried out on the 21st of June 2023 meaning it is out of the 3 month warranty, however we kindly request that you bring your device back to us for a free goodwill diagnostics check so we can look further into the issues and assess any damage.
Upon reviewing the details, we want to highlight that the cost for the service was initially £59.99, but in acknowledgment of the situation surrounding the older model's limitations, we offered a 10% discount to mitigate the impact.
It is important to note that our team had identified your device as an older model with potential battery issues. We warned you about the expected battery performance on the new battery due to its age. You were notified of this before taking the payment and this is why you were given the discount.
