Kristin and her team are amazing! This is the best med spa I have been to in years. You always know how good a practitioner is by not only her knowledge but how at ease she makes you feel. Kristin is very welcoming and so is her partner that handles the communication and backend of things. They are quick with responding, make you feel comfortable, give you options, and does not beat around the bush or tell you what you “want to hear.” At Reviv they truly want you to look your best and will guide you every step of the way to ensure just that….you leave looking and feeling your best. I am so happy with my results! Don’t walk run to this office. They also are most current on all the specials. They will work with you and give you the best deal. Not try to nickel and dime you. To the contrary, I had spent my max budget and they still took care of me with an extra 10 units at very little cost. Now if that doesn’t speak for itself. Give it a shot you won’t be sorry!

I went to the same med spa for years but heard great things about Reviv from a family member so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! I love the beautiful environment in historic Sanford and Kristen is absolutelywonderful.She takes the time to explain everything, has great bedside manner, and is very patient and gentle. I’ve been with her for over a year now and absolutely won’t be going anywhere else! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After being impressed with Kristen and Reviv Beauty Med Spa during my initial consultation a few months ago, I decided to go forward with a Juvaderm treatment plan today. I was very impressed with the entire process and pleased with the results. Kristen was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step in detail and what to expect while going through it. I decided to break my full treatment into 2 parts so I will be going back next month to complete it and am looking forward to it.

I initially thought I found my new injector, but now I am second guessing all of it. I went in to have filler and tox completed. I had filler in my cheeks under my eyes and some in a small line above my lip. Initially I was very satisfied and dealt with the initial bruising as to be expected. Over 6 weeks later, I have what I'm convinced is a Tyndall effect under my eyes. I also have a line next to my left eyebrow all of the sudden as well as a very creepy appearance to the inside corners of my eyes out of the blue. None of this was there before I came here. The little line above my lip is still there as well. When I went in for my reevaluation yesterday, I was told that this is lymphatic swelling that needs to be drained. She explained to me how to do this at home and while I do understand this is a risk, I'm very unhappy with the crepey appearance of the skin under my eyes. Upon reading further, it appears that this can happen if the filler is placed to superficially or too much in general, stretching the skin very thin. I'm even more disheartened to learn that once the filler dissipates, I will probably left be left with very saggy under eye skin. My eyes were so nice before this, just a slight hallowing. Yesterday she suggested additional filler for my cheeks and temples. When I asked her how much filler and the cost, she said that there was a promotional deal on their website for five syringes and then she wanted to add a sixth syringe as well telling me that I needed two for each cheek and one for each Temple. That seems like an extreme amount of filler to me. I am not new to these procedures, and I have never had a bad experience before until now. I must say I'm overall disappointed and I don't think I'll be coming back. I will probably have to pay to see someone else to try and undo what she has done and have it redone the way I wanted it. 😔

Reviv Beauty Med Spa deserves every bit of praise. After a disappointing experience at another place in Heathrow, I needed someone who truly specializes in men’s Botox and masculine dermal filler. I wanted structure, definition, and a more masculine look — not the rounded, generic approach most places give men. She understood that immediately.
She dissolved the bad filler, corrected my Botox, and explained why male facial anatomy requires different techniques. What stood out to me most was how educated, precise, and passionate she is. She walked me through every step, teaching me the proper procedures for male Botox and cheek filler in a way no injector has ever done before.
She also offers complimentary follow‑ups, which most places don’t even think about. That alone shows how much she cares about her work and her patients. She’s a perfectionist, and you can tell she sees her work as art, not just injections. As someone who is driven and passionate about my own work, I immediately recognized that same level of dedication in her.
My results are incredible — masculine, clean, and exactly what I wanted. She is professional, direct, caring, and truly gifted at what she does. Reviv Beauty Med Spa is the only place I trust now, especially for men who want natural, strong, masculine results.

I had a really disappointing experience at this spa and feel like I need to warn others.
I’ve been getting Tox for my “11” lines for years and have always had great results with just 20 units. At this appointment, the injector pushed for much higher amounts—suggesting 40 units for my 11s (which I declined and agreed to 30), and also recommended 25 units in my forehead, which is more than I’ve ever done.
I also had my masseter treated, something I’ve done before with good results. This time, she recommended 20 units per side—again, more than my previous treatments.
The results have been awful. I have ZERO improvement in my masseter area, which was one of the main reasons I went in. Even worse, my eyelids are now drooping, my eyebrows look flat, and my forehead feels heavy—like I constantly have to try to lift it. I genuinely look worse than before.
To make matters worse, I paid $675 for this AND I STILL can see the 11 lines!!!
I tried reaching out to the spa, but they don’t answer their phone. I had to leave a voicemail through an AI system and never received a call back. No follow-up, no accountability, nothing. I also requested a refund for their Glow Club membership and haven’t heard anything.
This experience has been frustrating, expensive, and honestly upsetting. I would not recommend this spa based on both the results and the lack of customer service. I feel scammed
