I had a really disappointing experience at this spa and feel like I need to warn others.
I’ve been getting Tox for my “11” lines for years and have always had great results with just 20 units. At this appointment, the injector pushed for much higher amounts—suggesting 40 units for my 11s (which I declined and agreed to 30), and also recommended 25 units in my forehead, which is more than I’ve ever done.
I also had my masseter treated, something I’ve done before with good results. This time, she recommended 20 units per side—again, more than my previous treatments.
The results have been awful. I have ZERO improvement in my masseter area, which was one of the main reasons I went in. Even worse, my eyelids are now drooping, my eyebrows look flat, and my forehead feels heavy—like I constantly have to try to lift it. I genuinely look worse than before.
To make matters worse, I paid $675 for this AND I STILL can see the 11 lines!!!
I tried reaching out to the spa, but they don’t answer their phone. I had to leave a voicemail through an AI system and never received a call back. No follow-up, no accountability, nothing. I also requested a refund for their Glow Club membership and haven’t heard anything.
This experience has been frustrating, expensive, and honestly upsetting. I would not recommend this spa based on both the results and the lack of customer service. I feel scammed

This was my first ever experience with lip filler or any cosmetic procedure. From the beginning to the end, my experience was amazing! I was super nervous and I was walked through the entire process before treatment began and even while the procedure was taking place. I cannot recommend this place enough. I had such an amazing experience at Reviv Beauty Med Spa with Kristen. I actually found her work on Google and booked my appointment the very next day, March 12, because her results looked so good. I’m so glad I trusted my gut and went.
She helped fix my migrated lip filler and made the whole process so smooth and surprisingly painless. I was honestly nervous because correcting filler can be intimidating, but she was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and reassuring the entire time. She really took the time to evaluate my lips, explain what caused the migration, and walk me through how she would correct it.
You can tell she truly understands lip anatomy and aesthetics, especially when it comes to fixing work that wasn’t done right elsewhere. I personally love more dramatic lips, and what I appreciated most is that she knows how to create both natural and fuller looks while still keeping everything balanced and beautiful.
Not every injector knows how to fix botched or migrated filler and still help you rebuild your lips the right way, but she absolutely does. My lips already feel so much better and I’m genuinely excited to come back for my next appointment so we can add volume again and get them to my perfect shape.
If you’re dealing with migrated filler or just want someone who actually knows what they’re doing with lips, I highly recommend Kristen at Reviv Beauty Med Spa. I’m so happy I found her. -Caí

I had a great experience at Reviv Beauty Med Spa. Booking an appointment online was incredibly quick and easy, (I was able to book the night before) which made the whole process very convenient. Once I arrived, the service was just as fast and efficient, no long wait times at all. I liked that it was a small studio location, so I was able to come in and get started on my services immediately. The location was easy to find, with ample parking.
The injector was very knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to answer my questions while still keeping everything running smoothly. She did not pressure me to treat any areas that I was not concerned with. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I was able to pick the best neurotoxin for me without the price per unit being an issue. If you’re looking for a place with quick booking, fast service, and a professional team, I highly recommend them.
