Great Experience I walked in with a TMJ issue not sure what to expect. I have never had a good experience with physiotherapy in the past so was very apprehensive. BUT, they have been great and have changed that opinion. Nav really knows what she's doing and is lovely - as is the rest of the staff. I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes and the rooms are private, clean and calming. I am feeling so much better and appreciate all Nav has done (and continues to do) to get rid of the pain and restore my jaw. Thanks Nav!

By far the best clinic in the area! Staff is amazing, rooms are spacious with natural lighting, and clinic is meticulously clean. Navjot is amazing and so knowledgeable, she made me feel comfortable and well taken care of since day one and has made me feel like family in the last 6 months of appointments. She’s easy to talk to, answers all the questions I have with confidence and ease, and is extremely accommodating to my comfort/pain level. While she was briefly away, I was also treated by Sukhjit, who was equally lovely and knowledgeable. The two have great communication with each other so everyone’s on the same page and there was no need to explain anything myself. Nikki and Ronnie at the front are very sweet, they always greet me with a smile and help manage my schedule so I don’t feel overwhelmed when looking online. All in all, 10/10 experience and people - strongly recommend!

Despite the nice facility and kind staff, I did not have a good experience with the treatment itself from my initial appointment. I came in for my 9am appointment with Navjot but we started 20mins after. The assessment was very brief (couple minutes) and had three different machine treatments where I was left alone for the duration, and hardly had time with the physio itself. I felt that as a patient, I did not get a thorough enough assessment/explanation and did not get any plans for stretches/exercises to help with my knee. Since I wasn’t in a rush, I stayed for the full hour but others with busy schedules may not appreciate the late start, especially for the first appointment of the day.

Thank you for the review. We take all negative patient experiences very seriously. I do want to apologize that you did not feel the proper care was given to you. I have reached out to you via phone and was unable to connect with you. I would love a chance to explain directly.

None the less I have spoken to the physiotherapist about your experience. She was unfortunately late for the appointment because she was in a minor car accident on her way to the clinic. We strive to show professionalism, and she did not share this with you at the time. As you mentioned in your review you did have a full session with us. All initial appointments at our clinic are roughly an hour long. This allows the physiotherapist to explain your condition and allow for treatment. We spend twenty minutes one on one, and machines are utilized the remainder of the time.

Once again, we apologize if you felt that your appointment was not what you expected. I have reached out to one of our other physiotherapists who is willing to see you free of charge to make up for the dissatisfaction in your previous appointment.
