I hesitated for a long time before ordering the reviews, and at first the price seemed a bit higher compared to other services I had previously checked.

I will only work with reviews.help
I ordered the publication of 20 reviews during a month for Trustpilot. However, because I had previously worked with other companies whose reviews were published and then deleted again after 2–4 days, Trustpilot eventually sent me a warning saying they had detected fake reviews on my business profile. Honestly, that really scared me, so please be careful when choosing who you work with!

they truly understand how the platform works
I found around 10 different reputation management agencies, but reviews.help seemed like the most professional and trustworthy one to me and I’ll explain why.
Let’s start with the fact that about half of the agencies looked like scam websites in my opinion. They could not clearly answer my questions about working with Trustpilot, and it quickly became obvious that they had little to no understanding of how the platform actually works. At first, many of them claimed that payment would only be required after the reviews were removed and that they only needed a link to the review, which already sounded strange and unclear regarding their methods.
But once I agreed to proceed, they suddenly started asking for upfront payment, despite previously saying otherwise.
The other half either told me that removing reviews from Trustpilot was impossible or quoted completely unreasonable prices starting from $400 per review.
After speaking with the manager from reviews.help, it became clear to me that they truly understand how the platform works and are real specialists rather than scammers.
Another thing that initially concerned me was that access to my account and email would be required. However, everything was explained to me in detail, including how to set things up technically in a safe way so that my data and accounts remained secure. In the end, I had no issues at all.

My company specializes in the production and sale of diamond jewelry. At the end of 2025, malicious individuals posted a long and detailed review claiming that our diamonds were fake and that they could supposedly prove it.

But let me share my previous experience. Before finding you, I contacted two different companies that I found on Facebook and asked them to help remove Trustpilot reviews. Unfortunately, there were no results at all. On top of that, they charged significantly higher fees just for “trying” to remove the reviews.
Only now do I realize how crazy that business model is - they could simply take the money, do nothing, and then tell the client that they “tried” but it didn’t work. A perfect business model for them, unfortunately.
