Update: Jose was a great therapist and he genuinely helped me along the way. He clearly knows what he’s doing. However, the cancellation fee is extreme. I was charged $100 twice for two sessions. The first time was my fault because I didn’t cancel within 24 hours, and I understand that policy. But the second charge felt excessive and unfair. At most, it should have been $50, not $100.
On top of that, I felt pressured and guilt‑tripped into leaving positive Google reviews. Not only for this location, but also for another Revibe Therapy location and other clinics I’m not even associated with. That was a major red flag to me. No wonder it's all 5 stars. Now it makes sense.
I was also pushed to book two sessions back to back in one day, and to do this twice a week for a total of a thousand dollar per week because I was told it would be faster and more effective. It didn’t feel like I really had a choice but to agree. Jose assured me that as I improved (which he said I'm doing really well), I would see him less often and only meet occasionally to give updates on my progress. That never happened, and I ended up being charged thousands of dollars before I finally stopped the sessions.
It’s unfortunate because I did see major positive changes in my life thanks to Jose. But overall, the experience felt more like a way to attract customers and maximize charges. In the end, my experience with Revibe left me feeling taken advantage of.

Tiffany, thank you for taking the time to share your updated feedback. I genuinely appreciate you acknowledging the positive progress you experienced, and I’m glad the work we did together was meaningful for you.
I want to address your concerns clearly and directly. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect the time that is specifically reserved for each client. In this situation, both sessions were held for you, and the cancellations occurred after the scheduled time had already begun. For that reason, the late cancellation fees were applied as outlined in the policy. That said, I still chose to refund the $100 as a gesture of goodwill, even though the policy was followed.
Regarding scheduling and frequency, my recommendations are always based on clinical judgment and what I believe will help clients achieve results more efficiently. However, these recommendations are never mandatory. Clients always have the ability to choose what works best for them, including frequency and duration of sessions.
I also want to address your concern about reviews. Reviews are completely voluntary. While we may invite clients to share their experience, there is never any requirement or pressure to do so, and I take that concern seriously.
I understand that your experience overall did not align with your expectations, and I respect your perspective. At the same time, I remain committed to maintaining clear boundaries, ethical standards, and transparency in how services and policies are communicated.
I do wish you continued growth and success moving forward, and I appreciate the work you put into your progress.
