Couldn't ask for a cleaner refurbished computer! On top of that they went out of their way to provide the options I asked for. They take care of their customers. Prices are reasonable, not overpriced like others I checked. If you are buying refurb, I think it's better to go with them rather than playing the lottery with an unknown seller and hoping to get a bargain. It's worth the peace of mind.

Can't say enough about how helpful these folks were to help me solve my problem today. I had a memory module go bad on a Dell laptop and needed it to be fixed just before Thanksgiving. I had called ahead to verify they had the correct memory. Justin was ready for me when I came to the store with a couple different options. He had me ready to go out the door inside 5 min. Their business is pretty interesting. They both collect used equipment from businesses and schools and refurb it and they also offer custom builds of new systems like gaming rigs. They are great to work with!

Do not purchase a computer from them . I got screwed so bad. Horrible costumer service.. I purchased a computer there and it started shutting on and off after a few monthS.. I’m out of there warranty of 3 months so they can’t do anything. Only to pay them 100$ to fix it. Why would I pay y’all anymore money when it broke so fast in the first place.. This computer is literally possessed it cuts off in the middle of using it, it’s sucks.now I have to ship it off to Dell. They could have given me a curtesy considering I only had this thing for a few months.

I requested technical support from Reuse computers and they got right back with me with their recommendation.I ordered the recommended product for use as an general purpose home / office use and that could do video Livestreaming.After payment my order arrived within 3 days and upon unboxing and checking the unit out...it was new or an open box ( nos) I connected my wireless wi- fi and entered my wi- fi network password after attaching the mouse and keyboard.Next I tried to do an web search and the unit performed as an brand new unit would have.I would highly recommend Reuse computers for the following reasons,Value for your money.Great,friendly customer service.Product was as described. Shipped out and packed correctly!
