This company came out fixed my screen and they were professional, nice and came when they said they would. I HIGHLY recommend them. Very pleased with their work!

This company is fantastic! When they came out and put up the screen it looked beautiful. Brian, the technician was fantastic. him and his helper put it up quickly and neatly. The screen completely changed the feel of my patio. Before i couldn't sit on my patio without getting bitten by mosquitos, now i can sit on my patio and not have to worry about any bugs getting in. 10/10 i would recommend this company.

If you have a garage screen now or thinking of getting one, let me tell you, my story. In 2022 I had one installed by Barlow’s Tri-County Screens. I live in The Villages and my friend used them. I had no problems until March 2025 when my niece was visiting and held the remote close button down too long and locked up the system. I called Barlow’s and got the recorder. Bottom line, do not use that company. Took days to return my calls (7) all together. I ended up calling Screen America, the company that builds them. I told them about my calls not being returned and they said they would call and that is when they called me back. I will not go into the problems I had but I ended up calling the manufacturer again after all of my remotes would not work and my car was in the garage. They gave me Faye Reddock another dealer to see if they could walk me through being able to open my screen. It was near 5pm and Faye answered the call. Bottom line they came to my home in The Villages from Clermont an hour away and was at my home by 6 pm. Fixed the screen, ended up giving me a new remote and did not charge me for the call. I had just paid Barlow the same day $80 for a service call. (By the way after 3 or more calls that day letting Barlow know my car was in the garage I got a call at close to 11pm from Barlow telling me they could come out the next day. I told them the screen was fixed and I did not need his service. Guess who I call the next time I need help? Faye Reddock at 352-936-0257 is the best. ( www.retractoutdoor.com) Ed Smith

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT, A rare experience. Two years ago, and prior to purchase of new garage retractable screen, spent hours/days researching company to repair. Recently our remotes stop working. I'm thinking "here we go again"!!! Jumped online and stumbled on ,Retractable Outdoor Solutions. Called them and over phone they walked us through the Fix, very accommodating, patient, thoroughly, timely. IN 10 MINUTES FIXED AND NO CHARGE!!!!!! Can you actually believe this?
