The team at Restoration Dental is fantastic. The location has plenty of parking and is a breeze to access from 55. I can easily get an appointment via the texting feature, which is clutch when I’m traveling. The office is also GORGEOUS with really nice design features. You can watch Netflix while they work on you!
But the best part of being a Restoration Dental client are the staff here. I love each of the dental hygienists and Dr. Pham never makes me feel rushed when I ask a million questions. They remember my name, my profession, and I don’t feel like just another body going through the medical industrial complex ❤️.
Had a very pleasant experience at Restoration Dental ! Ron was very detailed and knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable and in the loop for every step, and also resolved my issues meticulously.
Office is also very well kept and whole staff / team was very accommodating and friendly, absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist !
The team at Restoration Dental OC are extremely kind and caring. They provided clear detailed explanation of my treatment and walked me through the cost of each procedure. I have had several excellent experiences with Dr. Pham both routine and emergent. I highly recommend his practice. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted warmly, and by Dr. Pham himself if he is in his office which immediately sets a positive and caring tone. Dr. Pham takes the time to connect with you, making you feel comfortable and valued.
Dr. Pham’s professionalism is evident in every aspect of his work. He is patient, attentive, and ensures that you fully understand the process , all the options, and his recommendations before you have to make a decision. He explains everything clearly and never rushes through appointments, which comes in clutch in feeling confident about your care.
The office itself is clean, well-organized, and efficiently run. The music, vibe and visuals provided in the office and in the patient rooms help ease the anxiety and give a very chic modern feel.
Appointments are handled smoothly and the office is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. His staff is friendly, professional and always well dressed, in their medical attire which shows they maintain and care not only for themselves but patient care and supporting Dr. Pham.
The quality of Dr. Pham’s work reflects a high level of skill and attention to detail. Overall, it’s clear that Dr. Pham truly cares about his patients and takes pride in providing exceptional service to his customer and in himself as a doctor. I have had a hard time staying with a dentist but I intend to continue being a patient of Dr. Pham. I highly recommend Dr. Pham as your new dentist.
Just got a tooth extracted / implant and couldn’t be happier with how great my experience was with Dr Pham and his staff. All around, the best dentist in Orange County by far. Very impressed with his level of care, professionalism, friendliness, how quickly and painlessly everything was done, how there were zero complications, and the great attitude and bedside manner which seems to be a lost art nowadays. I switched to this office after my husband recommended them, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Pham and the entire team make you feel completely at ease, which is huge when it comes to dental visits. The quality of care is excellent, and they take the time to clearly explain everything so you know exactly what to expect. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and very clean. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth the switch. Highly recommend!
