Beautiful views of the Matterhorn while eating dinner! The staff was warm and attentive, and the dishes were creative — I tried a blueberry risotto that was surprisingly delicious. The chef was incredibly accommodating with my allergies, even bringing out gluten-free bread to start and a little tomato–mozzarella appetizer surprise. Such thoughtful touches made the evening feel special.

Team Genepy was fabulous. The service was amazing. Food was incredible. Denis knows his wine. He was quite helpful and lead us well. I wish I could ask him about wine pairings every time I eat out.

Genepy might be the hidden gem of Zermatt. We went up for the hotel spa, which was AMAZING, and noticed the Genepy menu which looked very creative. Blueberry risotto caught my eye and I tried it - with wild char, very good. My wife had the thai curry which was also excellent. The buratta appetizer was fresh and refreshing. Service was delightful and the lava cake with homemade ice cream was a beautiful finishing touch.

Just had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant! My husband and I had such a great time — the service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. We came earlier than our reservation, but were warmly welcomed. Someone escorted us to the restaurant, took our coats, and our waitress seated us at a lovely table with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Our drinks arrived quickly, and the chef even treated us to a complimentary soup — such a thoughtful surprise! For the main course, my husband ordered the Swiss burger and I had the tortellini with Zermatt herbs. Both were absolutely delicious. To top it all off, we noticed people outside stopping to take photos of the restaurant — a true sign of its charm and ambiance. Highly recommend!

The food and service were great and a lovely way to end my birthday trip in Zermatt! It was really quiet in September - only a few guests from the hotel - but lots of vibes from the staff and good wine recommendation.

We were for dinner at this restaurant which we found on Google Maps thanks to the good reviews. It did not disappoint us. The food was delicious. We took chevice as a starter as we love Peruvian food and it was really good. Then as main courses we took the risotto and the curry and they also were delicious. We definitely recommend this restaurant.

We had a wonderful experience at Genepy in Zermatt! The food was absolutely delicious and the view is stunning, it really adds to the whole atmosphere. We tried the ceviche, which was unique and different from a traditional ceviche; it had a Swiss twist with some fresh fruit, and it was so flavorful and refreshing. My husband really enjoyed his burger, and I had the risotto with blueberries and fish an unexpected combination but incredibly tasty. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Zermatt, both the food and the setting make it a memorable stop!

Genial Leckeres Essen mit viel Hausgemachten Gerichten, der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr sehr Sympathisch. Der etwas abgelegene Standort mit Matterhornblick kreieren ein idyllisches und ruhiges Ambiente. Absolut zu empfehlen und auch der Hausgemachte Genepi zum Abschluss ist ein Muss
