Jeff was very pleasant, courteous, and respectful in my home. He expertly diagnosed the problem with our furnace. Jeff installed a new ground wire from the switch to the furnace, and all the error codes went away! He went thru the entire installation, which was done by another HVAC technician, and made multiple adjustments and repairs. Thank you Jeff!
