We spent 30 minutes with Mr. Saric discussing our possible case. He discussed our options to move forward including our potential weakness and strengths. No sugar coating. I found him very professional. He did not rush us into a decision and listened to my questions. His conversation was clear and concise and above all not judgmental.
While we weigh the options in front of us, this much is clear. If we move forward with mediation and potential litigation Mr. Mark Saric would be who choose to represent us. In my opinion if you are in need of legal representation in construction he is a solid choice.

Had an appointment with Mark & has zero patience. Doesn’t let you speak without cutting you off/interrupting you because he’s looking for one word answers. & he can’t handle his emotions. Walked out of the office with the worst feeling & it was the last thing I needed after looking for help. Just my experience

I searched and came upon Resolvere Law, Mr. Mark Saric via a google search for a business litigation attorney. I placed a call to his office and from the initial conversation with Corey and all the way through to speaking with Mr. Saric I was impressed with the level of professionalism. Robert - not accurate! The public docket for your case can be found here: https://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/docket/CivilCourtCases/caseInfo.asp?caseNumber=CV2024-016501. You retained our firm facing a time crunch and application for default judgment. An answer, counterclaim, and third-party complaint was prepared on your company's behalf. We then prepared a motion for withdrawal - no comment. And we stilled continued to work on your matter until we were formally released by the Court. Your Bar complaint against me was dismissed without further investigation for reasons that speak for themselves. In the lawsuit, an order for alternative service was granted; and the record indicates affidavit(s) of alternative service are on file, as of the same day we were dismissed, 1.3.25. No comment on the correspondence sent to you that reflects all of this (and more), which you have not considered in your comments. What your new attorney did in handling your matter after our firm no longer represented you is not something our firm will comment on; and that you now are publishing false statements online is not well taken. No comment on the recent entries in your matter. We understand this matter was frustrating for you, but false comments here on our firm Google review page or anywhere else or to anyone must stop! Our firm and I insist that you cease and desist from further comments; and wish you well moving forward. Best, Mark

I reached out to Resolvere Law because a complaint through the US Bankruptcy Court was filled against us. Another company's Bankruptcy Filings had claimed our company had received funds with in the 90 days of their filing Bankruptcy and we had to return those funds. They had the wrong company, it wasn't ours. We had never performed work for nor heard of the plaintiff in the complaint. I reached out to Resolvere and spoke to Team Member Victoria Stevens. I provided documents to prove it was not us and through this Firms reputation and professional network they were able to contact the other party's firm immediately and within two days the case was dismissed. Very happy with this firm and will use them again if needed in the future. I would highly recommend them.
