As a pharmacist with long, stressful hours on my feet and working on a computer, I developed persistent neck pain. Adam was AMAZING! TL:DR - If you are in need of a physical therapist, Adam is the most personable, caring, professional, and effective physical therapist you could ask for.
I was experiencing some of the worst shoulder pain I had ever had in my life. It was to the point where I would sleep for about two hours and wake up in excruciating pain. Most nights I would get around 3-4 hours of sleep. Many friends urged me to seek a chiropractor for help, but I knew that was only a quick fix.
That's when I found Resolute Physical Therapy and Adam. Getting scheduled and completing pre-arrival paperwork was a breeze through using the website on my phone. I was already impressed. However, I had never been to a physical therapist before so I didn't know what to expect. Immediately I could sense Adam was personable and cared about me. He created an at home program that I could do each day to help with my shoulder and I could easily track and view each exercise through my phone. He also provided manual manipulations to help ease the pain.
Over the next few weeks, Adam continued to track my progress and challenge me with exercises to continue strengthen my arms, shoulders, and neck. Each visit, I was continually impressed with the level of personal details Adam remembered from previous conversations and how I looked forward to each visit. He even helped me with other, unrelated pain that would occasionally flair up.
Eventually, my shoulder, neck, and arms strengthened to where I was without pain. I am so appreciative of Adam for everything he has done to help me return to normal. If you need a physical therapist, you need Adam and Resolute Physical Therapy!

I originally found Resolute Physical Therapy through an invite to a seminar on Facebook. I am glad that I attended. Adam is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. Back in February 2025, I felt a sharp pain in the shoulder reaching into the back seat of my car. The result was impingement in the shoulder. Adam's treatment plan included manual adjustments and exercises to work on at home. The improvement on my shoulder in one week was way beyond my expectations (range of motion has improved and pain level decreased). After two months of therapy, my range of motion improved and I can do tasks that I was hindered (reaching high over my head, putting a belt through the belt loops, washing my back) without pain. I highly recommend Resolute Physical Therapy. Thank you, Adam, for giving my life back.

I have had a frozen Shoulder on my right side where I had trouble lifting my arm above my head . October I was diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo proton radiation therapy.
During the mapping of the proton therapy I had to lift my right arm above my head and hold it there for 15 to 30 minutes. It was very painful.
I reached out to Adam and he got me in for treatment for three weeks of therapy prior to radiation which greatly improved my range of motion and allowed me to be able to get treatment without his help. I am not sure how I would’ve gotten through the first three weeks , Three weeks ago.

I will highly recommend Adam and Resolute Physical Therapy. Adam takes the time to determine what is the best course of action and then institutes a therapy program that enables me to see daily progress towards total recovery. I broke each of my hips one month apart and was physically in pretty sad shape. Adam has incorporated a plan that benefits both of the fractures into each therapy session.
I highly recommend Adam at Resolute Physical Therapy! After dealing with chronic rotator cuff/shoulder pain from an old injury, I felt relief within my first week of treatment. I came to Resolute Physical Therapy after undergoing Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment for painful hip tendinopathy, which I had been experiencing for years. I can't recommend Adam highly enough! Several weeks ago, my dog took off while on a long lead and seriously injured my shoulder. As an avid golfer, I was worried about how this would affect my game and daily life.
Adam has been exceptional. Through his targeted treatment, he's not only strengthened my shoulder but also significantly increased my flexibility in my shoulder, neck, and back. My shoulder feels measurably better, and the tension I'd been carrying in my upper body has been greatly relieved.
Here's the bonus I didn't expect: I've dropped ten strokes off my golf game! Now, I'm not saying Adam is solely responsible for that improvement, but I'm absolutely confident that the increased flexibility and reduced tension he's helped me achieve have contributed to better performance on the course.

Adam at Resolute Physical Therapy is amazing!
I am currently seeing him for treatment for weak legs. Earlier this year I was seeing a different PT group for the same problem. I had no improvement with that group. I was fortunate to have found Adam. After 4 treatments I had more strength in my legs than I had for the past year! I am able to do steps now with more security and confidence. I still have a little more work on the steps. But the improvement has been amazing. Adam has been wonderful to work with. One day I didn't feel like going to therapy because I felt frustrated. Adam asked how I was feeling. And I told him. He was so nice. He said that was ok, at least I still came in. So he modified my treatment that day. And I was glad I did go on because after I was done I felt better! Physically and mentally. He cared about my well being. I have never had a therapist with compassion. I've always felt like "just another parient" with other therapist. Adam is completely different. If I would ever move from the area and need PT again, I would drive back to Adam.
