I decided to try Spotless Services after they approached me at my home. I normally clean my own windows, but with a busy schedule, I accepted their very reasonable quote. They were highly professional at first, arriving right on time on Monday morning. The gentleman who performed the service was incredibly polite and went straight to work. Unfortunately, the final result was disappointing. A large number of my windows were left heavily spotted and streaky. The technician noticed this and determined it might be due to an issue with their de-ionization machine. While he was very accountable and immediately hand-cleaned a few of the most problematic spots, the overall outcome did not meet expectations. I appreciate their great customer service and work ethic, but the equipment issue unfortunately impacted the quality of the job

Just had permanent LED lights installed at my home. Adam and the Spotless Services team were great - professional, good communication and fast install. Excited to see how these look over the holidays. Definitely would recommend Spotless if you’re considering getting permanent lighting installed.

I can’t say enough good things about Spotless Services! From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely amazing. They were professional, friendly, reliable, and incredibly thorough. You can tell that they genuinely take pride in their work and care about making sure everything is done properly rather than just rushing through the job. The attention to detail was honestly what stood out to me the most. Everything was cleaned so thoroughly, including all of the little areas that are so easy to overlook. This is my second year with Adam and Blake coming to do the windows. They did an immaculate job and beat competition on price (by a lot). Wow. My first impression was excellent. Adam (the manager/owner) said they were working in the area and offered to clean the exterior windows and frames, clear debris from the roof, clean off the gutter guards, and hose out the gutters as part of the service. He was friendly and I felt confident in hiring him. The lower windows were cleaned well, but the gutters were not. Adam admitted they had been "half done" [sic] and sent the workers back to our home. The upper windows were still dirty along the bottom because the crew only used a hose, despite my confirming with Adam beforehand that they would be cleaned by hand. The workers told me they hadn't been instructed to do that. When I asked about hosing out the gutters, one worker said he had "never done that" and didn't know what I meant. Later, in front of Adam, he denied saying that. My daughter overheard the original conversation, which made the denial especially frustrating. Adam then said the worker had checked the gutters and they didn't need cleaning, which didn't make sense since he had already admitted they hadn't been done properly. Cleaning the gutters was part of the service that had been promised. To demonstrate the one of the issues, I wiped the bottom of an upper window with my finger, and it came away dirty. The bottom of the upper windows and frames had clearly not been cleaned. During this discussion, both Adam and one of the workers commented that they had a problem with my "attitude." Adam also accused me of yelling, when I had simply raised my voice so he could hear me over the hose. I expect a service to be completed as agreed, and pointing out unfinished work is not an attitude problem. To Adam's credit, he returned and corrected the issues himself, acknowledging that the original job had been poorly done. The final result was satisfactory, but I was disappointed by how my concerns were handled. Although Adam offered a complimentary service afterward, I felt the real issue was the lack of professionalism and accountability when the problems were first raised.
