We have ProVia entry & storm doors. Our storm door needed repair and the company we purchased them from is no longer in business. We were left to find someone to do the repairs. Luckily we found Window Outfitters and my call was answered by Bob Davis, President of the company. He said he would be happy to help us and would put in a repair order. However a few days later Bob called and said he was in our area. He stopped by and fixed the door. This company is kind, caring and willing to help in any situation. Unfortunately, our experience with WO was very poor. Multiple mistakes and miscommunication on their end. I'm not a window expert, but I was expected to be. Very disappointed in many areas. Too bad they don't want to make it right after we spent thousands of dollars. We're making sure our friends and families don't hire them because we don't want anyone else to experience this headache.

We believe this to be a bogus review. We have no record of a Kendra G in our customer database. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We do whatever is necessary to resolve any reasonable customer concern as illustrated by the many 5 Star Google reviews that are regularly posted on our company. Every customer has my direct office phone number and can call me any time. All of our installers are factory trained and certified by our vendors, my sales team is professional in their approach and the vendors we represent have industry leading products.

We were referred to Window Outfitters from out town home neighbor who had nothing but good things to say about them. We then received a good bid for a new window and when that went well, we ordered a new front door/storm door combination that we liked so well that when we showed out neighbor, he's thinking of ordering the same door. Window Outfitters installed Weathershield brand wood interior and vinyl exterior windows and they match our other wood finished windows beautifully. The window has three panes with a custom arch above. Since these were replacement windows, I was concerned about matching the stain, but Marschall matched it perfectly. Tom and Mike installed meticulously. Dave oversaw the whole operation. Thank you and Kudos to you all.

Professional, communicative and honest, the entire experience was stressless. Replacing original windows on a 50 year old house in the middle of Minnesota winters couldn't be easy, but this team managed to pull it off and still take time to make sure every single window was flawless. Window Outfitters just recently completed replacement of our home's decaying builder-grade windows with Provia vinyl triple-pane windows. The difference is amazing! Our natural gas bills have decreased by more than 15% in the past few months. The look of the windows, both inside and outside, has solicited positive comments from our neighbors. The installation crew was absolutely the best. Solid, experienced workmanship performed by really nice people who know their stuff. Based upon our experience, Window Outfitters has earned our highest endorsement and recommendation.
