Pros: I like being able to track a project and make sure we land them. It makes it easier to recall which ones are still on the hook.
Cons: I don't like that I sometimes forget to use it. I personally haven't come across any negatives.
Overall: There are several benefits I enjoy. Super easy to do expense reports. I like the GPS maps let you know who is close by when visiting a customer.

Cons: Team buy-in and implementation is hard. However, that is relevant with any crm. The advantage is this platform has benefits to our individual team members and has helped with the buy-in from each of our team members.
Overall: It’s a great product that we just scratching the surface of it’s capabilities. I tell anyone in our industry who will listen that Repfabric is worth the investment.
Pros: The site and mobile app are user friendly. We are able to keep an up-to-date contact list as well as track progress of each customer.
Cons: Honestly, getting the daily emails which is very juvenile. So, nothing comes to mind.

While the user interface and mobile functionality could use some modernization, the core functionality is solid and highly relevant.

Cons: Small bugs but Pam is very responsive and it’s mostly because I’m new to it.

Pros: It is very easy to use and makes saving my notes very quick and easy. The speech to text feature while using my phone is great. The ability to add customers and companies on the fly is very helpful, especially when you can add someone with just a first name.

Overall: Repfabric has made keeping track of my sales day and notes incredibly easy and is a great time saver.
Pros: Refabric has a simple on-boarding process allowing for quick adoption from our sales team. the fact that it allows us to easily import contacts to build and maintain the database is a homerun for me. Note that we are early in the process and have identified that we may want to expand the platform to our inside team.
Cons: I really cannot think of anything at the moment. That said, I was not directly involved in the set-up process. I review our sales teams notes on a daily basis and occasionally add a note on my own.
Overall: Overall experience has been positive. It has allowed an easy review our sales teams' activity. I am also more concerned about database maintenance and see value in our customer database. Next step for me is incorporating our quotation side into this and am looking forward to when that happens.

It’s incredibly easy to use, making it a breeze to manage client relationships without a steep learning curve. Logging interactions is straightforward, helping you keep track of every touchpoint with customers effortlessly. The email compatibility is a huge plus, seamlessly integrating communication and eliminating the need to jump between platforms. On top of that, the customer service and support are excellent — responsive, helpful, and always ready to assist.
Cons: The only drawback I’ve noticed is that the mobile app can be a little slow at times on my phone. However, aside from that minor issue, I can’t think of any other downsides.

Overall: I love data, this is been some of the best data I've ever gotten on myself, my activities, and my business. I use it every day, I log so many points of contact that I don't have to search through my emails to see what/when I spoke to someone. I can easily download lists of contacts, activities, and information - I do it all the time to be check out how I'm spending my time. I love Repfabric.
Pros: Managing commissions has been made significantly easier and more efficient, reporting and CRM elements are robust.
Cons: Responsiveness or consideration of enhancements is not always timely.
Overall: Repfabric has been an exceptional enhancement to our business and has contributed to our tremendous growth in the three years that we have used the platform. I would highly recommend Repfabric accordingly.
Pros: Repfabric really does a great job of keeping all your opportunities in front of you. We really have enjoyed using it and it keeps us up to date on all our leads and opportunities. Highly recommend!
Cons: Sometimes the interface can have a bit of a hiccup where you think you have saved an entry but you didn't hit the correct button or backed out before something was saved. This is mostly user error but sometimes it is easy to make a mistake
Overall: We had previously been using a massive spreadsheet to track everything. It was cumbersome and it lacked the ability to provide reminders or prompts to update opportunities. Repfabric took all the pieces that we needed as a business and put them all in one suite. It works so much better.
Pros: Repfabric combined two programs into one for us, making both more efficient and effective for our sales people. All the necessary sales data is clean and available to our reps, making them more effective in planning their sales days. The CRM entry only asks for the necessary data, keeping our reps in the field longer.
Cons: Learning how to pull the most effective reports has a bit of a learning curve.
Overall: We tested and implemented several CRM platforms with little success before we found RepFabric. We have been with Repfabric for 5+ years now and have never looked back.

Pros: The best thing about RP for me is the mobile app. I am in Outside Sales, so gathering information is crucial. With all the information I gather in the day, it’s easy to use in between sales calls, so I don’t miss Anything.
Cons: No cons. Sometimes the system updates and I’m unable to use, but I’ve noticed this is typically on the weekends.

Customer relations and opportunities management
I am able to be in a position to view past records and follow-ups, making selling easy. Repfabric is good at dealing with customer relations and the opportunities for multi-line sellers. It allows me to log all my dealings with different contacts in an organized manner. I think the performance reports always provide the disparities which do not allow me to have an overview of my sales performance. This makes me have to manually compile data from the various reports, something that is tedious and irritating. Repfabric assists me to always track and pursue my sales activities relevant to several products. This can positively be translated to mean that there will be increase in sales efficiency and increase in customer satisfaction.
