We apologize, Lubaba, for the unclear experience. All our services have fixed and lowest prices compared to others (you can verify). We only charge transportation fees, which are usually not included in the service charges. On our website and catalog, we clearly mention that there will be separate transportation charges depending on your location. Since you kept your location secret and didn’t share it earlier in communication, we couldn’t provide the transportation charges together with the inflatable rental charges. You should have kept in touch with us on WhatsApp; we would have tried to adjust or compensate in some way. We also provide free transport in some nearby areas of Dubai.
