Clear and fast setup for taxes I run a small business and also have two rental properties, so I was worried my quarterly filings would get complicated. Setting up the self-employment source took just two minutes, and it kept everything separate from my property income without any extra effort from me. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that I had to check with my accountant to confirm whether my income was considered property or self-employment, but that's not really rentalbux fault.

it was too complicated for my needs it was too complicated for my needs. It does connect to HMRC fine and the free plan is a nice touch, but I spent longer than I'd like figuring out where to enter things versus just letting my accountant handle it all. But received very good support from the team.

been using it for few months now been using it for few months now. And I stopped using excel all together and the invoice extracting thing is unique to any other software. I photographed every bill as it arrived throughout the year. RentalBux extracted and stored each one instantly. When tax time came everything was already there, categorised correctly and ready to go. But I still check it Manually however because trusting AI to perform such vulnerable task it risky. but overall a seamless experience with the software

The pricing is very reasonable The pricing is very reasonable compared to other providers. It is free for me as a single property owner. But even if I was landlord and self employed individual, pricing is still cheaper for all the features I would get like auto bank feeds, user guides and videos, custom charts of accounts etc.. it is justifiable. but using a software that allows to be complaint with soo much features and that is on zero charge, i am not on the position to complain

My accountant suggested this software to me. My accountant suggested this software to me. It connects to my bank accounts and automatically tracks our income. I also like that we can store tenancy agreements, insurance, and gas and electric certificates, and set up reminders for due dates. Now I recommend it to everyone.

good overall but need few improvements My old software made me create every unit manually which was painful with a larger property. RentalBux builds the units automatically the moment I enter the property details. I went from hours of setup to minutes. The only thing I want next is a bulk tenant upload from Excel but overall it is a huge step forward.
