His suggestions for maximizing space and incorporating modern design elements were invaluable. While the renovation was underway, he was somewhat responsive. He addressed our concerns and provided updates, though there were occasional delays in communication. Despite this, he remained committed to our project. Overall, we're pleased with the outcome and grateful for his hard work and creativity.

We got to know Fion through Qanvast recommendation and the whole experience is eye-opening. Being inexperienced as we are, Fion is always patience, explain every little details that we need to look out for while doing this project. Although the quote is not the cheapest, but among all the IDs, her quote is the most transparent. Going thru all the ID firm, it is not common to have such detailed quotation in the market, we appreciate the thought that quotation must be clear so that client will know what exactly they are getting. I will gladly recommend Fion and Renologist for anyone next renovation.

I decided to go with Renologist after meeting a few IDs, because the overall vibes felt good. I was proven right due to the good experience that I had with Ice. She was really good and provided a good balance between sharing her own views and preferences, and taking my own into account. She was always honest about whether she thought an idea would work or whether something was worth its price to build or buy, but was also always open to taking in my ideas and suggestions. There were a number of good ideas that she was able to suggest due to her experience, and from hindsight and looking at the finished product now, I am very glad that I took her suggestions! In particular, she has a very good eye for colours and matching them, and she was able to provide very good advice and guidance on what would work for my place. She was also very meticulous, and ran through the plans for the house in great detail, right from the beginning and repeatedly, until she was sure that I was satisfied with the plans. In addition, she helped to expedite some of the processes because she knew I wanted to complete the works faster, which was greatly appreciated. Most importantly, she was always just a phone call or text away, and was very responsive at all times — she definitely felt like a friend because she was very approachable, which greatly helped with the overall experience and process. I did not have to be afraid of asking whenever I had any questions or concerns, and she would always try her best to respond in a timely manner, as quickly as she could. The contractors who came down to do the actual works were also excellent to work with. They were friendly and worked very quickly, and some of them also helped to do “extras” out of their good will. Whenever there were any issues, I would discuss it openly with them and they were clearly very experienced and professional, and were able to suggest good solutions. I am happy with their workmanship thus far, and they also came down a number of times subsequently to rectify some minor problems that we encountered. Looking at my house now, I am really thankful for the opportunity to work with Ice and Renologist, and would definitely recommend her if you are looking for someone to do up your house.

Just had our HDB resale flat renovated by Renologist. Interior Designer Fion did a detailed design according to our needs. She gave us good advice on the selection of color for tiles, kitchen cabinet and room wardrobe and was very patient with our choices for the material we like. The renovation works were done professionally with constant update from Fion after each stage is completed but there was little complain as the workmanship in all department is good and minor alteration requested requested by us was rectified almost immediately. After completion and handing over Fion still called us occassionly to check if there are any problems. Many thanks to Fion and Renologist for a job well done.

We have worked with Xiao Lin for our mini renovation (mainly carpentry works) and he has been very responsive and accommodating to our expectations and visions right from the start. We did the renovations when we were away and he coordinated the whole process, which went smoothly. We also did mention that we need the major works to be done before we came back because we have 2 very young toddlers. Heard from my helper that the major works were done till quite late the day prior our flight back to Singapore. Likely will engage them again for any future works around the house.

A pleasant experience working with Xiaolin. He has transformed our space into a beautiful and functional home, exceeding all our expectations. After looking around and compared 9 different IDs, we settled with Renologist to renovate our 4 room BTO flat. We first get to know Renologist through my sister and it was a coincidence that Renologist reached out to me via EZiD before my sister could introduce her ID. Before meeting up, we had a video call to discuss about our expectations, needs and wants for the flat. We already knew what we wanted for the layout and requirements but we needed an ID who can see if it is feasible, resolve any potential issues and put it into reality. The quotation provided were detailed and the ID make sure we understand what we will expect before we finalize. We meet up twice again as the ID explained and advised us on the pros and cons of our initial ideas; which we found to be very helpful and crucial in the final design. Prior to the start of renovation, a Project Manager was appointed to coordinate the logistics. Although there were some hiccups during the renovation, the Project Manager was prompt in responding and assist to highlight things that required rectification. Although there was a delay in completion, the ID and Project Manager tried their best to ensure that no quality was compromised as the renovation took place during Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year. Despite imperfections on carpentry works, those are mainly due to paintworks which are not easily visible. Overall, we are satisfied with the renovation done by Renologist and happy owners of our new flat that we call home!

We recently have our home renovated with Renologist and it was a truly pleasant experience. Our project managers (Billy, Fion) have been extremely helpful and accommodating to our endless swarm of questions and requests, being first time home owner. Both of them display good knowledge of the industry and are able to swiftly provide advice and consultation, which in turn makes the entire process fuss free - which we highly appreciate since we could not commit much time to coordinating the renovation works. Kudos to them and their team who did a good job planning the renovation and executing the plan, in the end they are able to deliver and hand over the nicely renovated house to us by the committed timeline. During the renovation work, on a weekend, we even met Fion onsite who was there to fix some minor inconsistencies that we have raised, in order to ensure we get the house on time, even though it is not her job! And the aftersales follow up is superb too - our cabinet door came off a bit, and after we informed her, she immediately arranged for a carpenter to fix it back to perfect condition. We would def recommend Renologist for their excellent professionalism and good work done, and will engage their service if we ever move house again!

The whole renovation journey was smooth sailing and stress-free, especially for a first time home owner, as Fion took charge of the whole renovation project from start to finish. During the initial ID selection phase, Fion listened to our ideas for various parts of the house and gave valuable inputs, while considering the requirements and tight budget that we had. She also followed up regularly after the initial appointment on different types of designs and costs, allowing us to compare to our liking. She was open to several changes that we had along the way which she gladly accommodated. Renologist Fion and Billy did a overall good job with my 4 room resale HDB on the kitchen, yard and toilet. During the ID selection phase, Renologist was one of the rare few ID I came across that listened to what my needs were instead of pushing designs or concepts. Appreciated for the prompt responses and followup actions throughout the entire project. Although there were hiccups, it was compensated back through cost adjustments. One strong point of Renologist is their after renovation cleaning provided is done very well. I did not need to hire a professional cleaner to do any post renovation deep cleaning.Overall experience was a positive one and thank you for working on my house!

We have chosen Renologist and Jared because he was the most responsive, punctual and professional in handling our original interactions with Renologist and Jared. The journey started with the Jared knowing that I was pregnant with my first child, we had made known to Jared that a renovation project can be hard if he were to take the project for us. I may not be able to give inputs to the designs or attend the many meetings and material/color selections. Jared had given us a lot of priority in this project in terms of his timing. From the initial meetings, requests to see his completed projects, the whole project timeline and now the follow through with the touch up on the completed renovation. We had already completed the handover, paid in full but Jared and Billy had been man of their words where they still come by to help out to attend to the minor touch ups. This is the real follow through which we were not expecting and a pleasant surprise for us. Throughout the whole project, they kept us updated daily on the progress, showing us what was done and how it was like, being heavily pregnant, I was not able to help my husband to keep an eye of the whole project. Both Billy and Jared kept us updated daily and communicated well. Even when I went into labor, the two boys kept their distance and did their work daily without bothering us and updated when possible. The outcome of the renovation was amazing. The 3D render was exactly as the finished project. The “feel” of the final outcome was as described and showed through the 3D Render. To be able to bring to life an idea, is not mean task and they did it with Aplomb! Today my baby is 4months old and Jared and Billy are still checking on us and the home to confirm everything is in order. Jared is still helping us with styling and suggestion on other deco which we did not speak about during the conceptualization stage. His sincerity is what struck me and as a person he has definitely delivered his part of the deal. We like to thank Renologist for the entire experience.

Our journey with Renologist started when we had decided to buy our 42-year-old property, I did some homework from friends and colleagues. They had shared that renovation can be an event that can turn out to be an absolute nightmare!!! I took one of my colleagues’ advices to apply through Qanvast to leverage on their SGD50k guarantee. Firstly, Qanvast works really fast and within the first 2-3 hours, I got a call from Qanvast trying to confirm the information and my needs which I have input to their system regarding my renovation request. Qanvast matched me with 5 renovation companies and one of which was Renologist. I did my homework with all the 5 renovation companies with interviews and meetings, just for me to get to know them and their proposals to my requests. I had the opportunity to gauge each company’s ID that was assigned to me. I choose Renologist only because Jared Lin whom I worked with, knew exactly how to handle my family and our never-ending requests. I find that Jared was very responsive to my messages and in our discussions allowed us to choose how we would like our renovation journey to be handled. In any projects, there is bound to be frictions, where both myself, my family and Jared cannot see eye to eye, there were indeed situations where tensions were fairly high. What was great with Renologist / Jared, was that there was another site manager who also helps with picking up the loose ends, this person is Billy, and he is another unsung hero to the whole renovation project. Jared and Billy had a great working relationship and both took turns to “front” the project at different stages. When tensions were high with either one of them, the second person will come in with a different perspective on the problem and proposed on the solutions where we all agreed and solved it together. This is realistic project management!! Jared conceptualized the whole home perfectly and the 3D render came up to be 99% close to the final outcome which we are very very pleased. The feel is still the same and as strong!!! One other area that I must mention about Jared/Billy /Renologist is that they truly work honestly and responsibly in terms of being there for us throughout the project, even after the handing over after completion of the renovation, they are actually still coming to check on us and the home, checking if we are happy with the outcome and if anything had developed since the handover. They are still doing touch ups on everything as though it is the very first day of the project. Seeing things to the end is the critical trait which I would recommend Jared/Billy/ Renologist for. For our family, Jared/Billy/Renologist had journeyed with us from the beginning to the end and is still here for us…… the 42-year-old property has been given a new lease of life and this project is as extensive as it can get for a home renovation. We worked with Justin from Renologist who provided us with a great experience designing and renovating our new home. This was a rush job from the outset, as we were looking for a company to help us move into our new home within months. Renologist was the only one willing to undertake the task. The result is a beautiful home. Admittedly, due to the nature of the rush job, there was a slight oversight in the renovation, which will be highlighted below. However, the experience overall was highly satisfactory. This was a large-scale project as we completely changed the layout of the home, even requiring the hacking down of a wall to form a new walkway. Justin was most helpful and offered sensible feedback while still keeping in line with the vision for our home. Additionally, the contractors hired by the company were competent and work was done on time. The final product is a beautiful home renovated with great effort despite time constraints. The quality of the work is top-notch, and we would definitely recommend potential home-owners to hire Renologist. However, there was a small mishap in the renovation. Due to the nature of the renovation being a rush job, there was no time to clean the floors after applying epoxy. This resulted in white stains on the floor, as pictured above. Usually, there would be a chemical wash after epoxy, but there was no time for a chemical wash in our case. As a result, these white stains have proved nigh-impossible to remove. All in all, our experience with Renologist is an overwhelmingly positive one. We would highly recommend it.
