Ron is managing the whole project from the start till the end, he is communicating and well manage with all the sub-contractors in order to get the work done. He’s friendly guy to deal with and always open for discussion, he is able to provide relevant solutions when necessary. Overalls workmanship is good and satisfying.

This is the 2nd time we engage Eileen as our interior designer as she was our ID for a previous renovation.We decided to engage Eileen again as she is very patient and is good at managing the renovation ensuring that the renovation is completed within schedule. Eileen gave good alternatives to our initial suggestions while keeping to our budget and preferred style. Our requests and queries during the renovation were also promptly addressed.

Requested IDs from Qanvast and Penny from Renologist was 1 of the 5 that was assigned to us. Penny started the conversation with a good self introduction and let us know important details like how the company is under CASE trust, Qanvast SuperTrust, and HDB licensed. The first meet up with her was fulfilling and pleasant, as she was THE ONLY PERSON assigned to us from Qanvast who actually did the work and went through the requirements requested, understanding our needs and having attention to detail. She showed meticulous planning, drawing on the floor plan she printed with precision and suggested a lot of things that did not occur to us. She also stuck to our budget and went through the quote one by one which I really appreciate as it opens up a clarification channel. She showed us examples of how the process working with her would be like, a folder with different versions of floor plan, receipts, all neatly consolidated, which I appreciate. She was very sincere and all the meetings with her was really enjoyable and made me excited about talking about the house renovation, which is important to me! She has NEVER made me feel like she was in a rush, and patiently edit adjustments based on our discussions. She was one of my top IDs as I really appreciated her work ethics and what I mentioned above. Despite going with another ID (whom we also like and was recommended, hence got a lot of free upgrades which was hard to say no to), Penny would have been my top choice and I hope for the best for her.

As first-timers handling renovation matters, I was quite anxious, but Gary made the process so much easier. He was clear in his communication, helped us visualise the outcome, and worked around our timeline efficiently. Even though we only did a partial reno, his thoughtful design choices made a big difference. Highly appreciative of his dedication and care.
