We love our new kitchen renovation! Ryan and the team did an amazing job. We had a lot of our specific requests and modifications that were done to our liking. The cabinets and the countertops we picked are really high quality. We were asked for options to go for prefab cabiners or custom ones. Customs are more expensive but we made the right choice because the quality feels premium. Jasper and Pino are awesome and really helpful as well! Very satisfied.

I first spoke with Ryan, the person in charge at Reno, back in May. He was very patient and spent a long time discussing things with us. After moving into our new home, I invited a few other companies for quotes, but in the end, I still chose Renostars.
Their price wasn’t the lowest, but the quote was clear and transparent. During the renovation, there were occasional extra charges for additional work, but they were reasonable.
The workers were also great—they showed up early every day and even stayed late sometimes. If any issues came up during the renovation, I just mentioned them in the WeChat group, and they responded quickly. Jasper was mainly responsible for the on-site work, and he suggested adding an extra pot light. It turned out to be a great idea—the final result looks fantastic.

Their team is young, energetic, and full of fresh ideas. The design style is modern and tasteful, unlike some other contractors whose work feels outdated and difficult to communicate with. Working with Renostar has been a smooth and reassuring experience. Every time I had a change of mind or wanted to tweak something, they were highly responsive and collaborative, always coming up with practical solutions. From initial design to material selection to final execution, they had dedicated staff following through every step of the way. It truly felt professional and reliable.
What impressed me the most is that they don’t rely on random temporary crews. Instead, they have 3 to 5 stable and experienced teams working across Greater Vancouver year-round. This gave me strong confidence in their ability to deliver on time and with consistent quality. Their attention to detail was also excellent—almost everyone who has visited my home has commented on how beautiful the renovation is.

We had our laminate floors replaced and walls painted with the Reno stars team. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and very good communication from beginning to end. They gave a very fast quote and started within a month and completed the project almost a week ahead of schedule. They were also very good at checking in after everything was done and making sure any deficiencies are addressed right away. They were very accommodating of our needs as we had a lot of furniture and continued to live in the house as they were working and even had a big dog in the house.
