We were referred to Renaissance by our remodeling contractor in Philadelphia, John Mitchell. From the get-go, Richard Holmes assisted us to choose the pattern and color to complement our bathroom cabinets for the countertop and backsplash. When we returned from vacation, we were so excited to see the finished product. The whole project was seamless and we're 110% satisfied.

I cannot say enough good things about Renaissance! After being completely ghosted at another showroom (where I had an actual appointment), I walked in here on a Saturday without any appointment and was immediately greeted by their team. From the moment I stepped through the door, the experience was seamless. The staff asked a few simple questions to understand what I needed, walked me through their showroom to make initial selections, and I left with photos and (fair, reasonable) quotes for my top choices - all in one visit. It couldn't have been more straightforward. Throughout the entire process, communication was prompt and clear. No chasing people down, no wondering what was happening next - just professional, reliable service. The measurement and installation team were equally impressive - professional, precise, and clearly skilled at what they do. The finished countertops are absolutely beautiful and exactly what I envisioned. Honestly have not received simple, straightforward human customer experience like this in a long time. If you're looking for new countertops - look no further.

I used Renaissance Marble for a kitchen redo over the last month. They were great to work with. Fantastic selection and quick turnaround on getting demo and installation in place. There was a minor issue and they quickly assessed and fixed the situation. Now our kitchen looks brand new! The old dark granite is gone and we have a beautiful new bright quartz counter. Phil was great to work with and the install guys were super professional and helpful. Highly recommend them for speed of work and value!

We added built in cabinets to our dining room. We met with Phil Cartafalsa and explained what we had in mind for the countertop. He showed us several great options. Within a week of ordering the countertop, the installer came out to take accurate measurements. The next week, the countertop was installed. It came out beautifully. The installers did a great job. We couldn’t be happier.

I have worked with Susan McIntire at Renaissance Marble and have only had positive results. I highly recommend this business which is organized and well run. This is important when you are involved in a home or a kitchen remodel which can be inconvenient and unpredictable. I have even had 2 tables resurfaced with a piece of marble.Highly recommend.

I don’t often write reviews but our experience with Renaissance Marble and Granite really exceeded all my expectations. My husband and I decided to update and refresh our country style kitchen with new countertops. We felt a bit limited in what we could choose since we were not remodeling the entire kitchen from scratch. On our first visit to the Renaissance showroom, we did not see any stone slabs that felt right for our kitchen. The team spent a lot of time with us to understand what we were looking for and then searched their suppliers with our specifics in mind. Brian, the company owner, sent us pictures of stones that they could procure quickly and called us once they arrived. Richard helped us choose a beautiful stone slab that seemed ideal for our kitchen. The team was clearly spot-on and understood our vision. Richard also helped with sink choices, countertop design layout and edging all of which we had no idea how to navigate. The installation process was flawless despite having to demo the original countertops without damaging the existing cabinetry. The precision and craftsmanship it took to fit these counters into place perfectly is unbelievable. Overall, the expertise, patience and professionalism shown to us throughout this whole process was truly remarkable. We are thrilled with the outcome. The entire Renaissance team was awesome! Thank you!

Susan McIntire and the entire Renaissance team are the best in the business. As an architect and designer I have been using them for over 25 years. No shop comes close. They stand by their work and always use every means to correcting any errors, even if it's not their fault! They have a willingness to do things outside of the box when asked to do very complex and intricate detailing. They embrace the challenge and never shy away from a project that is too complicated. Even their reception staff is amazing...if only the rest of the construction industry was like them!

My wife and I, had visited 5-6 suppliers of (natural stone) counter tops in the South Jersey area... As they say..."first impressions are lasting impressions"... Upon entering Renaissance "lobby/showroom", we were greeted by Millie, at the front desk. No sooner had we exchanged warm "hellos", that Millie summoned Phil to the desk area. (Warm and professional greeting #2), followed by a quick and polite tour, followed by a cost/estimate, all within a very "unrushed" 45 minute time span... As we departed this visit, we knew..."our counter top supplier search is over"... From start to finish, Renaissance exceeded our expectations, for pricing, communication, up to and including installation... If you are searching for natural stone, (and man-made stone products) for any project you are taking on, look no further than Renaissance.
