Pros:The HR Team does a great job to treat all the employees great, there are many benefits. One I like it is the remotie training camp which you can get any course or book for free, juts ask the talent development. Another great thing is how they make you part of the family, and the fact that you have more time to spend for your self Cons:On the old office i would have said parking, but in the new office we have great parking, so as for know there are no big cons that i can see.
