We recently hired Schloegel Design Remodel to remodel several areas of our first and second floor of our home. This included a new hall bath, second floor laundry, custom cabinetry in our primary bedroom, new primary bathroom, rebuilt our entryway, and redid our living room ceiling. Donna, Kenny, Mark, Doug and Luz were an outstanding team who walked us through every part of this process. Schloegel has best-in-class attention to detail, communication, keeping the jobsite clean and safe, and creating a successful project. Everyone was so responsive, especially Donna. There were so many times we emailed her a question on the weekend, and she called us right back. I changed my mind on the shower tile the night before it was installed. After a frantic call, Donna and Kenny showed up to my house at 6:00pm. Their patience and grace were so appreciated, and they immediately found a solution with minimal impact to our timeline. It made all the difference having a dedicated team for our project. Doug was our project manager. He was on site every day managing the project, communicating changes to us and the team, and keeping everything moving forward. Not only is Schloegel Remodel professional but all their subs were the best in the business. From plumbers, tilers, to painters, every trade who came through our door were experts in their fields. An old house holds many surprises and our team worked hard to work through solutions. We have a few more projects on the list and will be using Schloegel Design Remodel again in the future. They are a great company, with wonderful people, and a superior product.

Schloegel remodel was highly recommended to us and they did not disappointment. We needed a new front door and extensive replacement of water damaged wall, trim and door frame. They were prompt and did all they said they would. They were great in communicating what they were doing, when it was expected to be done, and how things were progressing. They took great care in prepping the areas and cleaning up each day. The guys who worked on our project were professional, considerate, and highly skilled. I would like to especially mention , Jim, Casey, and Alejandro for all their hard work and for doing such an exceptional job.

We just completed a series of seven small “handyman”jobs with Schloegel (e.g. new storm door, deck fan, etc.) and we could not be more pleased with the process and the outcomes. After providing us with a clear job scope and cost estimate, they scheduled Jim to spend 3 days with us. He was terrific! He arrived on time each day, did great problem-solving, and produced high-quality work across the 7 projects. He was personable and friendly and involved us appropriately in questions and ideas. Everything was completed in the time planned. Such a hassle free and pleasant experience! Excellent remodel and handyman service. Handyman diagnosis of the problem was quick and spot-on. Repair followed quickly with regular communication as to stages of the project. Project completed exactly as proposed and the area completely cleaned up. This was the 5th instance of using Schloegel Design Remodel over 3 different houses and we will use no one else!!
