The staff were friendly but unfortunately, my massage experience didn’t live up to expectations especially for it being $132.50.
To begin my appointment was pushed back which was not a problem, my main concern was with the hygiene during my massage, as the therapist repeatedly sneezed and handled tissues while continuing the massage without washing her hand for the full hour. There was also an excessive amount of tiger balm applied to my body, which left me shivering instead of relaxed.
I appreciate that they responded to my concerns. However, I was disappointed that we didn’t reach a resolution at all. And at the end was not given any response.
I very rarely give reviews however, I genuinely hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

When your concerns were raised with us, we took them seriously and tried to resolve the matter by offering both a partial refund and alternative voucher options. These options were declined, as a full refund for the massage was requested.
We also do not consider it appropriate for a refund outcome to be tied to the threat of a negative review. As a small business, we will always address genuine concerns fairly, but we also need to stand by what we believe is a reasonable and proportionate resolution.
While we respect every customer’s right to share their experience, we do not agree with all aspects of the account given in this review. We made a genuine effort to resolve the matter and are disappointed that this was not acknowledged.
We take customer care, hygiene and the standard of our treatments seriously, and we will continue to review feedback where appropriate.
Booked a massage same day but when I showed up they said they never received it and there was no availability. Very disappointed as I planned my afternoon around this.

Booked a couples massage on their website, turned up and were told the booking was only for one person and they couldn't accommodate us.
Person on the phone was unhelpful and seemed confused on the concept of a "couples massage" despite it being advertised on the premises and website.
