We recently had our roof done by Reliable Roofing San Diego Inc. and had a great experience. The crew was professional, worked hard, and left everything clean when the job was completed. Whenever we had questions, they took the time to answer them and explain the work to us. They also provided pictures of the completed work, which we really appreciated. Brianna and Edwin were great throughout the process and always helpful when we had questions. Hayden came in later in the process and was very helpful with the last of the paperwork and making sure everything was taken care of. Overall, we had a very positive experience and are happy with how everything was handled. We would definitely recommend Reliable Roofing San Diego Inc.

Edwin, with Reliable Roofing, was recommended to me through 360 home inspections. I contacted Edwin who arrived as scheduled to give me a further assessment of my roof. I immediately had a good impression of Edwin. His thorough inspection and detailed explanation of the process and materials to be used, and fair price, convinced me to to proceed. They scheduled me about 5 weeks out, but Brianna called a few days later explaning they had finished up a job early and could start mine the next day if I was willing. Three guys showed up the next day and 2 days later they were done. The crew was professional, easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and that I was happy with the finished product. They even cleaned the glass on my sky lights. If you think you need a new roof, call Reliable Roofing. You will be glad you did!

The waiting list was pretty long, but well worth the wait! Brianna did a great job communicating and the crew was courteous, clean, and efficient. The removal of the roof was very efficient as well and very courteous about my stamped concrete driveway. Best experience anyone could ask for dealing with something as complicated as roof repair. We have a tile roof, and developed a leak. The inspection and diagnoses was done from above and from below the breach prior to review of videos of affected areas. Every option was discussed. No pressure at all regarding repairs. Great to meet and deal with a honest and nice company. My only roofing company going forward!

Was looking forward to working with a 5star reviewed business. But unfortunately did not receive 5 star service. They never showed up to our scheduled appt. I called 2 hrs after to let them know we couldn't wait any longer and we'd be gone. Only to be told they realized the error and they're getting used to a new system. Even then, after realizing they're error, no one bothered to take the time to make a courtesy call or apologize for the inconvenience. This is definitely not 5star service. 👎

I saw an ad on facebook that said they would do seven hundred dollars worth of work for free... I was skeptical , but I called , He what's kind and helpful. Edwin went on my roof and fixed some tiles that were\nFalling and inspected and caulked a few things.. This is the deal of the century... I would definitely recommend Edwin come by and check your roof and perform maintenance!!
