Russ was awesome and very thorough!!! My home is about 275 years old and he made the basement seem almost new again! He explained what he was going to do beforehand and then did a walk through afterwards to make sure I was happy. He was punctual, professional and extremely tidy. Not a scrap of anything was left behind. He also gave my dogs some belly rubs which they loved!! I highly recommend Russ and Reliable Remediation!!!

They completed the project ahead of schedule, the work was excellent and they were exceptionally clean, putting down paper on floors leading to the project and special plastic “doors “ between rooms. The Reliable Remediation crew was terrific! In addition to doing a great job cleaning my ventilation system, Russ provided some tips on how to use my HVAC system most effectively. Hot (cool?) tip: Don’t close your basement vents in the summer. That might seem smart since you don’t need the cool air, but you’ll end up with condensation. And that leads to mold!
