Carter and his assistant were awesome! They were very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. They explained everything clearly and made sure the work was done right. They were able to have our new furnace installed the next day, which was amazing! I really appreciated their attention to detail and excellent customer service. Crystal Mechanical (sub to Reliance) were great as they were able to make it to my house and remove and reinstall my damaged hot water heater same day. Gang, the technician, was friendly, clean and quick worker, GREAT JOB!! Would definitely use them in the future!!

We just replaced our a/c and furnace with Reliable and everything went better than we could have hoped! Charlie Kitts broke down all our options for us, made us a very helpful recommendation, and was very patient waiting for us to line up our schedule. When we were finally ready to pull the trigger, they had the installation crew out later that same week and Ouss, Shaun, and Kyle took excellent care of us! There was a lot of work to do and they accomplished it all efficiently and left a pretty and clean work area when they left. Ouss spent extra time helping us set up our new ecobee thermostat and making sure we understood how to use all the new features. Can’t recommend Reliable Home Environment enough! 10/10

Exceptional service, highly recommend! Reliable staff were diligent, hard working, and courteous. They were able to schedule our boiler replacement very quickly in the winter time. When our boiler had issues after the installation, they stayed in communication with me to troubleshoot. They made multiple trips to correct the issue, even when the cause was not due to their workmanship. I am impressed by their methodical work methods and high standard of professionalism. Very pleased to work with them :)

First time dealing with this business. Fast response from Charlie when our old water tank broke. Had estimates and appointment in hands in less than an hour. The team of installers, Ouss and Shawn, were knowledgeable, friendly, polite and respectful, true professionals. They cleaned up after themselves and carefully removed the old tank. Nothing but good things to say, very satisfied with the service from start to finish, 5 star service. I highly recommend this business.

Reliable Home Environment was referred to us while we were looking for HVAC alternatives, while renovating and adding an addition to our our 170 year old home. We interviewed 4 different suppliers and Reliable Home Environment won out. We are very happy with this decision. John, Jordan, Carter and the rest of the crew are awesome. They worked with us to come up with a creative solution to getting both heat and A/C in our old house, saved us a lot of money on the project and they were always polite, respectful and helpful when working in our home.
