As the time came for me to consider upgrading my HVAC system I found myself confronted by an overwhelming choice of companies. I was fortunate that my brother had commissioned Reliable Home Environment for his own HVAC needs some months previously and was thoroughly satisfied with the overall experience. So when he promptly referred me to the latter I did not hesitate to heed his advice, and I’m so glad I did! Reliable Home is an exceptional HVAC company that exhibits all the hallmarks of a reputable, ethical and professional establishment. From the initial visit where all preliminary questions are answered, to the meticulously executed installation where attention to detail is paramount and the work area is left spotless, to the post-install inspection and explanation, every aspect of the work performed is above expectations. At Reliable Home there is a strong desire to make the customer as happy as possible with the entire experience of acquiring, maintaining and servicing your new HVAC system. I consider this to be an increasingly rare and precious attribute that thankfully can be found at Reliable Home Environment. Since the original installation of my heat pump, which I reviewed previously, I continue to deal with this company for all my HVAC needs. They have been exceptional to deal with. Technicians have been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The attention to detail is a top priority and can be observed at every visit. On the service side, my experience with these guys has always been top notch. One can really see that making sure the customer is always satisfied with their installed products, is a priority for all their staff. Highly recommended company!! Previous Review Excellent installation experience!! From initial consultation to the final installation steps, all were done very courteously and professionally. We chose to change our 20 year old furnace and A/C for a new one and a heat pump. An investment for sure but with the incentives and rebates it was time. After 4 different quotes, and meeting with Kyle McLean, we chose Reliable Home Environment. He provided us with a whole ( much needed) education on furnaces and heat pumps. Am I ever glad we chose them. The team of Paul & Kyle (another Kyle) along with their co-op student arrived on time and protected our house with runners on the floors and an explanation of what their plan was for the installs. They were professional, very knowledgeable and despite it turning out to be a bigger job than expected , they all worked together and fiinished the install. It looked so much better than the contractor from the build installed. It was brought up to code and their work was excellently executed. We highly recommend this company. 5 stars for sure.

Called Thursday last week. Today (Monday) I have a new propane water heater and they removed an old oil tank. Excellent service. The work guys were great. They also installed a new furnace and AC in 2024. They're a very good company to deal with

I hear of this on Facebook from a friend, so i decided to give it a shot, called them up , had a appointment for testing , in no time Jason n Abby came to my home we did all the testing, I was majorly amazed , so amazed that I refer my sister n couples friends to check it out ,, yes I received a spa water head for free ( did not have a chance to install it yet , but I sure will very soon, plus I decide to give the air filter machine a real test (( I filled out the paperwork today n they come tomorrow to install it ,, am really satisfied i sure strongly recommended (( u really have nothing to loose just amazing results ,, give it a try (( and again I want to say a big thank you to Jason n Abby very polite, with great services ,,

After comparing quotes and options, we went with Reliable for our heat pump and furnace install. From the low pressure, knowledgeable sales visit through to the the very polite, competent and tidy install team, we couldn't be happier. Shawn was our sales rep and Alex was the install lead. In both cases, we felt like we were kept informed so there were zero surprises. We were advised of our options without any upselling pressure. I had an amazing experience with Reliable! The service, the product, and the overall customer experience was top-notch, and exceeded my expectations. They live up to their mission to exceed customers expectations. They are a local Family-Owned business with over 20 years of experience that truly cares for their community. I saw that from the start when I initially spoke with Shawn the Senior Home Comfort Advisor. He came to my home and took the time to asses my needs by asking questions about my place and future needs or goals. He was extremely knowledgeable. He took his time to explain what needed to be done properly after examining the furnace and air conditioning. He knew to get a roofer and update the pipes. He arranged the installation, the contract, roofers and everything with the best price out there. The crew showed up on time lead by Ouss. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. Ouss and the team worked very hard to set up the air conditioning and furnace by paying to details. The quality of their work was exceptional. The technicians worked effectively and were well organized as a team with excellent experience. They went above and beyond in customer service by installing pipe in my roof for the hot water tank when they were doing it for the furnace. I was very grateful for their extra care which they did not need to do but did. After the installation, I had some questions as my condo has some regulations that needed to be set up and verified. Jordan the production manager responded right away and sent a technician Colin the next day. He even provided some recommendations as well. Jordan was very responsive and helpful. They truly care for their customers I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service. Throughout this experience I was is in exceptional hands of professionals that work from values of honesty, integrity, experience and reliability. I am very grateful to all of them for their care and support. They are like their name Reliable! They have your needs at heart.
