I have been regularly lifting weights, exercising, and going to the gym nearly every day for over 20 years. Naturally throughout this time I've had injuries and developed aches and pains that don't always go away. Throughout my weight lifting career, I have gone to over 30 different physical therapists, chiropractors and any professional in the realm of rehabilitating injuries. I can say without doubt that Dr. Cari and her team have been the BEST therapy I've received to date. Specifically, I've had debilitating lower back pain from lifting weights (mainly squatting and deadlifting) for years and after just one session with Dr. Cari - I came out feeling completely better. She's also helped with other injuries such as knee pain, hamstring/tendon injuries, elbow bursitis and more. Her dry needling and shock therapy really do wonders like I've never experienced. As an avid lifter, I now regularly visit her for routine refreshes and as needed if I ever kink a muscle. She treats you to fully heal, not to come back in a never ending treatment session like other therapists. If you're looking for a place to go, this is it.

RPT has the best staff ever! Once I got a shoulder injury that could not be well with many other PTs. Then I came to RPT, and they (Cari, Stephanie) fixed me in 4-6 sessions! They are always head and shoulder above other PTs.

I can’t recommend Release enough! Over the past few years I have used this practice numerous times for various injuries. My back has been especially difficult with several herniations and every time they are able to alleviate the pain completely and I am able to workout again with full mobility and zero strain. With my last back injury Mia had me training again in three sessions - truly remarkable. I can’t recommend this place enough- this is not your average PT group- they use cutting edge therapies to truly heal and improve quality of life! I have worked with all four therapists and everyone is excellent!

Release therapy is great! I got referred for jaw pain and I got to work with Cari and Sally. Both are awesome, but I got to spend a lot of time with Sally! Sally is so kind and charismatic. I feel like her best friend! I trust her with everything she does even when she pokes me with needles. Although I can’t talk during the dry needling she makes me feel supported and my jaw pain has eased.

I’ve been coming to this practice for several years and it has CHANGED MY LIFE! Cari and her amazing team of experts are unlike any other PT practice I’ve ever been to! The level of knowledge, care, and technology is unseen in this country! I’ve had chronic issues with multiple areas of my body and they have been able to instantly get me out of pain and even heal conditions that I was told from doctors would need surgery. Release physical therapy is very professional and has amazing therapists working there. I had extremely bad plantar fasciitis, I could not even take my dog out for a walk. Cari introduced me to soft tissue work with shock wave, lasers, and dry needle.It took a few weeks, but my plantar fasciitis is healed. If I feel an issue starting, I go to Release therapy to get on top of things before it becomes a problem. I feel very fortunate finding Release Physical therapy, and I highly recommend them.

Stephanie Lam at Release physical therapy is the best. We originally found her when our oldest daughter (now 10) had torticollis as a baby. She was so kind, gentle, and informative. Years later when we needed another PT with pediatric expertise, we looked up where Stephanie was practicing and made an appointment at Release. I’ve also started seeing Stephanie for some neck issues I’ve had since college, and she’s been exceptional. Her dry needling is unbelievable and she is so helpful providing recommendations for things I can do at home that I actually will do. I have a busy life and don’t always take care of myself, so Stephanie giving ideas that I’ll actually do is important.

Release has amazing physical therapists and their unique approach in physical therapy and pain relief is tremendous. The soft tissue work along with dry needling and laser therapy is really effective and helps tremendously. I've been to other practices who claim they know how to dry needle and it's nowhere close to the techniques used by Release.
