Spent an hour or so at the very busy store
Asked the salesman to send me stats on the 3 chairs I sat in
Instead he only provided his verbal opinion and never did provide the information I was trying to use to make a decision .
Pretty sure the reason they won’t provide stats is they can’t compete with companies that don’t pay high rent😩

Fantastic! I work with tiny humans and often have a back pain from it, and I have a child with sensory processing disorder who needs deep pressure to help regulate. They worked with us to get a massage chair that is perfect for both of us! And they were not only helpful but extremely kind towards my daughters wanting to try the chair out.

Ben, Cristofer and Josh delivered our new base for our mattress and were nothing short of amazing! They were on time, attentive and gracious to help us move the bed to a new part of the room with a smile on their face. Honestly, haven’t had this type of customer service in a long time and will definitely be shopping at Relax In Comfort again. Way to represent a company with the front line as it’s these people who keep companies afloat! Thank you again guys, you were awesome!!
This place and their massage chairs are amazing. I was roaming around the mall and walked into this store to look at massage chairs. The worker named Josh immediately said hello to me and invited me to try a massage chair. Obviously I accepted. Josh then noticed my boot, due to my hurt Achilles. He then asked to make sure the massage chairs would not hurt it and had it on settings to accommodate my hurt Achilles. Once the massage started an AI scanned my body and moved the massage chair in a way that was perfectly comfortable for my body. The massage chair is amazing at not just massaging your whole body , but stretching out your ankles as well. Unlike most massage chairs, I never wanted to leave this one. Overall Josh and this massage chair made one of my last hours in Florida an amazing and comfortable experience.
Great investment, the message was great it helped me with lower back pain as a tall person you will know what I mean, the customer service amazing very nice people and will take care for you.

Trying the Osaki chair was incredible. After a long day of walking/work, it relieved a lot of tension in my body (including calves, neck, lower back). It was overall an amazing experience and I would love to come home to this!
