Superb location and accommodation - if you are reading this review - don’t hesitate to book👍 Worthy of a 5*+ We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and were very impressed by both the facilities and the helpful communications sent by Chris. The rooms are spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The communal seating/kitchen/BBQ areas are a real bonus. It was wonderful to arrive early evening greeted by the resident kangaroos. Thank you to Helen the owner and Chris who manages the properties - we will recommend to others👍

Just beautiful - highly recommend ☺ Was a pleasant surprise to have bacon, eggs, tomatoes, avocado and fresh sourdough bread available for us to cook not just cereal etc. The view of Hanging Rock were amazing. ☹ Everything was perfect.

Hoping to return soon as it was so relaxing and peaceful. ☺ Lovely views of Hanging Rock and a very peaceful location. The breakfast hamper was excellent. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. ☹ The floor mat was turned up at the corners therefore was a trip hazard. Needs attention.

We stayed at Cobaw Views for my mum’s 80th birthday weekend. The property is beautifully equipped and incredibly comfortable, with absolutely stunning views that made every moment feel special. Its location near Hanging Rock was perfect—we even timed our visit with the local art and craft market, which was a lovely surprise. Everything was easy, relaxing, and thoughtfully set up for a memorable stay. We all loved it and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Exceptional ☺ The breakfast was a perfect little touch. lots of wildlife kangaroos everywhere. Was great to get out of Sydney to somewhere quiet and relaxing. Views were amazing we will be back for longer next time. ☹ I didn’t like leaving. Wanted to stay longer 😀

I stayed at Lauriston House for an extended family birthday gathering. The house was in immaculate condition. With seven adults and two young children there was plenty of space. We enjoyed cooking together in the large and well equipped kitchen. Easy walking to every thing Kyneton offers. Kyneton itself is a great town for a weekend away. Some fancy eating places and bars but also some places that are affordable.

We were in Matilda Cottage in Gisbourne South for a week, and really loved it. This little two-bedroom cottage has everything you need laid on, with super-clear directions and instructions in advance. Beds were good, linen was fresh, house was clean, and kitchen well-stocked with gear and basic condiments. Although at one point we had a problem with an appliance, the manager was there next day to resolve it. Highly recommended.

We would absolutely visit here again. ☺ Such a stunning property to stay at. Nice and quiet, full of wildlife, and little luxuries like heated floors/gorgeous linen/all the snacks and breakfast foods you'd need, that just made extra special touches to the stay. You get a beautiful view of Hanging Rock, and you're only 10-15 minutes way from town so everything is within arms reach. We got the perfect amount of sight seeing in while also relaxing and enjoying the suite we were in. And to top it off as we were leaving, our car battery died, so I called Helen the owner and she was over within a few minutes to give us a jump start. Thanks to Chris as well from Relax Holiday Rentals for being super helpful when I called.
