I had a very good experience. My pain level before was a 4-7 and after 8 weeks of therapy is a 2-4. Genis provided professional, thorough care; explaining each process to me. I would recommend this therapy ~ especially since it didn’t involve any pain meds.

Megan has been treating my Mom for several weeks. My Mom is 83 years old and was hesitant at first! However, she is sleeping better, her knees do not hurt as badly as well as her shoulder. My Mom is not a candidate for surgery to replace knees or repair shoulder, these treatments have aided her to a manageable comfort and given her better rest! The plan is to continue treatment… it is worth the time!

I was skeptical when I first heard about this having been through physical therapy after surgery they used ultrasound ( not sure it’s the same thing) with no noticeable results. After my first treatment I noticed a significant reduction in pain. The treatments didn’t hurt. Dr Olson was very professional and I appreciated that she came to me. Would highly recommend her.

had a one-hour session with Genis, and it was such a great experience. The session was super relaxing and really helped ease the lower back pain I had after working out. Genis was patient, attentive to what I needed, especially if I needed any adjustments with intensity or positioning. She’s very professional and overall, really pleasant to be around. I left feeling lighter, more comfortable, and refreshed. Highly recommend! ☺️

I was a fireman for a large Metropolitan city for 31 years. I fell three stories at a fire in 2001 and shattered my shoulder hip and ribs. My hip eventually radiated to my lower back, getting worse over the years. Genis’ treatment has been nothing short of a miracle and my mobility has incredibly improved. My pain is also negligible now and continues to improve. Don’t rush into getting operated on! I’m glad I didn’t 🙏

I am so grateful for Genis. I had shoulder pain for almost two years. Physical therapy at Kaiser and x-ray monitoring did not work. Nest step was a shot. I found Genis from a referral and her NFPM device worked. I can lift my arm all the way to my ear again. I don't have constant aching pain that would even wake me at night. I highly recommended this pain management program I do with my awesome nurse. My low back pain has really subsided and I feel great. She gets an IV in my arm super quick and I barely feel it. I really recommend her services. She also comes to my house, very convenient!

Love my nurse Chantel! She has been by IVIG nurse for the last few years. She was able to use my port in my chest when I had one easily and now is able to get my IV in on the first time and that’s extremely difficult usually. She has been my best nurse that I have had over the last 14 years I’ve had to do infusions. I’m very happy to recommend her!
