I just went for my first session here, and absolutely loved it. Great and knowledgeable staff and a very comfortable experience. Maria is amazing and broke down a very reasonable 4 session laser hair removal treatment plan for a really great price. Please do not listen to the negative reviews about the package pricing, as you are absolutely not pressured to buy them, they are just offering the best price for your treatment goals. They offer multiple session plans because that’s what works best for laser hair removal! I also want to note how personalized their treatment plans are, they take into consideration areas that need more frequent treatment and areas that only need touch ups. You can tell Maria and her team genuinely just want to get you to your goals and make sure it’s sustainable. Can’t wait for my next visit.

After reviewing this comment, we note that it appears to repeat concerns already posted under a different account regarding the same treatment history. For transparency to our clients, we would like to clarify the facts.
This IPL package was purchased during a promotional period in 2024 without a prior in-person consultation or skin assessment. The first treatment was completed on December 6, 2024, at which time you confirmed prior experience with IPL. It was also explained that results cannot be evaluated after a single session, as a full treatment course is required.
You contacted the clinic the following day expressing dissatisfaction with results after only one treatment. We responded promptly, provided support, and offered to adjust the treatment approach if needed. At your second session on January 9, 2025, you confirmed that you were satisfied with the technician and the experience.
Following that visit, you did not return to complete the remaining sessions in your package. As the treatment course was not completed, it is not accurate to determine or represent final results.
Regarding scheduling, there was a temporary and unavoidable disruption related to medical staffing. This was communicated transparently, and options were provided to continue treatments once availability resumed.
We also want to clarify that our clinic does not remove client feedback to avoid accountability. However, comments that violate platform guidelines (including duplication, misinformation, or misuse of multiple accounts) may be subject to moderation by the platform itself.
At this stage, we consider this matter to involve repeated and potentially misleading public claims. We will be reporting this activity to Google for review, while also reaching out to you directly to resolve this matter professionally.
We remain committed to ethical practice, clear communication, and delivering safe, effective treatments when the recommended treatment protocols are followed.

I’ve done 2 rounds of laser treatment and it’s been at least 85% effective! I’m very excited for the results from my remaining laser treatments. I also just did my first chemical peel because I trust this business to explore new skin treatments. The manager has a clear stake in the business and is very involved and cares a lot. They do very well to prepare you before treatments and provide detailed after care instructions. Highly recommend!
