Carie was very helpful and informative today during their annual Watch Event. No pressure to buy just solid information and friendliness.
Was already happy with Reis-Nichols as we bought our wedding bands here years ago and regularly stop in to get them cleaned, so we will continue to use it as our jeweler for anything we need.
Brought my watch in for an adjustment. Quick service, and they made sure my watch fit exactly how I wanted it. Had a great time trying on other watches while I was waiting.
Julie (I think that was her name) took great care of me, she answered all my questions, and showed me some of her personal favorites.
I've done business at both Reis-Nichols locations and both are amazing for personal service. Definitely the top jewelery store in the Indianapolis area.
I went in to the Greenwood location to look around for my first automatic watch and eventually walked away with a new Tissot PRX. Brent Maple was extremely patient and kind to me for the entire process. He was happy to show me as many different watches as I asked him to see, even the ones that were way out of my price range and more of my personal dream watches to own. I cannot recommend him enough for both his passion and ease to work with. He is not like normal salesmen who would push you into buying something you don’t want, he would prefer you walk away and think about it so you don’t leave unhappy. I am very grateful to have met and made a great connection with Brent and cannot thank him enough for such a great first experience!
Savanna was outstanding, found what I was looking for and followed up to ensure I came back!

Over the last 5 years Brent Maple has been my go-to jeweler. I pop in from time to time to get my jewelry cleaned and see if there is anything new I can't live without. He never pressures me to buy anything. He has learned my style and can pretty accurately pick out what I'm going to like. Over the years, I've purchased several pieces from Brent. The experience was fantastic. When buying an engagement ring as well as wedding bands the customer service was immaculate. They were not pushy or aggressive with selling. Brian Kenny was genuine and assisted with the upmost integrity and respect along with his colleagues. I recommend completely.

I’m sure they’re great as reputable jewelers, but not so much as buyers. I had the displeasure of working with a lady who tried to lie to me about the value of my jewelry. Weight and carat. Thankfully, I have a bit more knowledge than she assumed, and walked away. Like I said, I’m sure they’re great when it comes to selling, but as buyers, I held them to that same standard and was greatly disappointed. She stepped out of my sight with my most valuable piece. I am having to deeply inspect it to make sure I got my real piece back. The lies and attempted deception have me genuinely concerned. All of this is to say, do not bring your jewelry here. They are untrustworthy.

Well… I went to Reis Nichols to have my watch batteries replaced as the advertisement said “watch batteries replaced Free and we ask for a small donation for charity “ so the charge was actually $125 . and they didn’t ask me to donate they charged me $25 per watch and said they donate the money to charity. Great but here’s the difference, if you ask me to donate that is at my discretion as well as how much! This is a bit deceptive as even the associate admitted. I
