I made an appointment on a Thursday afternoon for dermaplaning and dermabrasion for the first time with Amy. There was minimal waiting time, less than 5 minutes. The staff was very professional overall and I had a great experience. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep during the appointment! I explained some of my skin sensitivities prior and Amy did a great job minimizing my redness after the service. I had minimal irritation afterwards. Would 100% go again :)

Lauren was amazing and very knowledgeable about the service I was seeking. She took the time to speak to me and I felt at ease with her inviting smile. My questions were answered and I even added on a service while I was there. The place was so pretty inside and nicely decorated. I was so happy I chose to go there and extremely pleased! I’ll be returning!!!!

I absolutely loved my facial and dermaplaning with Amy. Not only is the spa beautiful but everyone who works there is so friendly. I highly recommend being a VIP because the fund add up each month and the additional savings are great. Cannot wait to go back next week with my friend.

I wish I could give a whole galaxy of stars because I freaking love this place. I recently got lip flip with Penny and I love the confidence boost that it has given me. I can feel the poutiness of my upper lip now and love catching sight of it in the mirror and in photos. Yeah, yeah, looks aren't everything, but you gotta admit it feels good to look good and feeling good creates an inner sparkle that follows you everywhere. And Penny is amazing. Her energy is magnetic and she made me feel immediately comfortable. I am so happy I finally went for it! Thank you so much!!

I had lip filler before that did not last long. Discourage and disappointed, I needed help and advice. I made an appointment at Reimagine Beauty and had the most amazing experience! Julie listened to me and was able to explain why I had issues with past experiences. She helped guide me to how I wanted my lips to look. She was patient, compassionate, knowledgeable and I could not have asked for a better outcome. Not only was my initial appointment great but the care I received at follow up visits proved that she and her team really cared about what I was looking to achieve and the best steps to get there. I had a consultation with Amy who was very warm and friendly! Even though I was a few minutes late for my appointment she took the time to be really thorough in explaining the procedure I was considering and offered me the pros and cons. Amy is obviously knowledgeable about her craft and passionate about helping people look and feel better. The Reimagine Beauty team members were all really friendly and seem to love what they do! I saw Amy for a clarifying facial which included an extraction and massage. She was very patient and attentive. The products smell wonderful, and I felt so, so relaxed after my treatment!

I recently had a facial with Carissa. It was one of THE BEST facials I have received anywhere!
