My partner and I own multiple businesses, but this is our first time buying a franchise. When we received the FDD/FA, we were a bit overwhelmed with the amount of information we need to process. There was also language in there that we did not fully understand. We even attempted to use Chatgpt to review the document, but it provided very little info that would help us understand exactly what we were signing into. I decided to go with Rocky's law firm to review the document. The turnaround was quick, and he answered any questions we had. We feel more comfortable going into this business after his review. Given there were things that we didn't like about the contract or thought it was too strict, but Rocky noted it as standard practice for FDD/FA's. Happy to of found him!
